The Rotary Club of Salem invites you to participate in Olde Salem Days 2020. This years event will be held on September 12th in downtown Salem, Virginia. Last year tens of thousands of visitors enjoyed the shopping, the food, and the many activities throughout the day. Nearly 500 arts and crafts booths and other exhibitors lined the streets of downtown. This year spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis so get your application in early if you want a space on Main Street. The rates per space for 2020 are as follows:

• STANDARD REGISTRATION (all apps received after Sept 14, 2019) $150 • BAKE SALES (all apps regardless of date of receipt) $60This fee entitles you to a 15 ft wide x 10 ft deep space on the street and is Non-Refundable. All proceeds from the show will be distributed to promote worthwhile community and international projects.All Craft items must be HANDMADE or HAND ALTERED by the vendor and pre-approved prior to the show. A description of items you wish to sell must be accompanied with your application and must include photos! Your submission of the application and photos constitutes consent to use those photos and any photos of you and your artwork at the event in the promotion of OSD. In the event any of the items you are selling or displaying are not handmade or hand altered, in the sole discretion of the Olde Salem Days Chair, do not meet any other criteria for display or sale, you may be required to leave the show and no refund will be given. You must send a prepaid envelope if you wish your photos to be returned. Without a description of goods, no space will be reserved and your check will be returned. If you have a website with pictures of your products you may submit that site in lieu of photos or you may mail/email digital copies.

Bake Sale items must be baked goods only. Any other food must be placed in the Food Court. If you are interested in the Food Court, you may request a registration form at www.oldesalemdays.com or info@oldesalemdays.com.No Beverages are allowed to be sold!!!If you require more than one space, please indictate on the registration form and send payment for all spaces.

No electrical outlets, tables or tents will be provided and no generators will be permitted.There will be a $45 service charge for Returned Checks.

There will be no rain date for Olde Salem Days and no refunds will be given in case of rain or any other cancellation.

A confirmation letter and further information will be mailed to all registrants in August. Until then confirmation will be your cancelled check.
