  • System designed to handle several

    types of loads;

    Commonly used for the transport

    of x-mas trees;

    One tractor can drive several

    pallets at same time.

    Tractor type

  • The pallets can be custom made to

    perform several functions, ex.

    - Fitted with man riding cranes;

    - Fitted with working structures;

    Several pallets can be push/pulled

    at once with one tractor;

    Pallets use polymeric bearings to

    contact the skidding beam.

    Generic pallet

  • Several lifting points to easily

    move tractors and pallets.

    Lifting points

  • Lifting points

    Several lifting points to easily

    move tractors and pallets.

  • Optionally clamps can be added on

    the pallet to avoid sliding while

    they are in parking position.

  • The pallets are secured in position

    when connected to the tractor

    without further requirement due to

    the fail safe clamp feature;

    In case of sudden pressure loss,

    the front clamp automatically locks

    (Fail safe).

    Fail safe clamp

  • Quick connection system between

    pallets and tractor without the

    requirement of tools;

    The interface component is aimed

    to significantly reduce operator

    effort for the connection;

    Connection parts can also be

    made extensible to further ease up

    the process.

    Pallet interface

  • The back clamp shoe uses friction

    made by 2 heavy duty hydraulic

    cylinders to clamp the skid beam;

    At all times there is at least two

    clamp locked (Forward or back

    clamps acc. to movement);

    The hydraulic cylinders are fitted

    with load holding valves.

    Back heavy duty clamp shoe

  • Shoe geometry is optimized to

    reduce stress from the skidding

    beam, allowing a overall

    lightweight skidding beam;

    Is easy to detach the clamps from

    the skidding beams using the

    rotation pin and removing the

    safety locks.

    Front shoe CAE model

  • The tractor includes one dual hose

    reel to handle one and one 1 hydraulic hose;

    The front clamps are powered

    using hoses routed in one

    articulated arm from the tractor.

    Hoses routing

  • The stack up guide engages the

    TTRD stabilizing it, for stack up;

    The articulated arm is hydraulically

    actuated, with variable angle

    positions to allow greater control;

    The stack up dolly is moved using

    one hydraulic cylinder in the

    vertical axis.

    Stack up guide

  • The TTRD is lifted using a

    dedicated crane available in the

    stack up area.

    Stack up guide

  • Dual speed system allows to fast

    recover between intermediate

    positions;

    The hydraulic cylinders are driven

    according to operator selection on

    the control panel.

    Dual speed

  • The control panel is integrated on

    the operator platform;

    The hydraulic control valves are

    located under the control panel,

    with easy access but protected

    from the elements.

    Control Panel

  • The control panel integrates:

    - Forward/Backward control;

    - Front/Rear clamping;

    - High/low speed;

    - Alignment control;

    - Pressure gauges to monitor

    hydraulic cylinders pressure.

    Control Panel

  • The hydraulic system is made

    simple and reliable with the

    minimum required parts, functions

    can be added or removed

    according to client specifications.

    Control Panel

  • Bumpers on the pallets allow to

    push them even without linking

    them to each other.

  • The self propelled pallet has

    extended capabilities when

    compared to a passive pallet.

    The pallet has the particularity of

    being able to move not only back

    and forward, but also sideways.

    The pallet is controlled by a

    lightweight remote control.

    Pallet type

  • The propelling mechanism uses

    slots on the skidding beams to lock

    to it and push/pull the pallet;

    The pallet is ALWAYS LOCKED to

    the skidding beams by means of at

    least one locking shoe.

    Locking shoe

  • The stacking in alternative can be

    performed on the cargo ramp;

    For this type of operation

    procedure, the cargo ramp is fitted

    with the stack up guide in the main

    elevator.

    Cargo ramp with stack up guide

  • The locking shoe block completely

    the pallet in place;

    The hydraulic locking provides a

    safer locking capability compared

    with gravity locks, that have always

    one unlocked direction;

    The shoe has one lateral

    inspection window to visually

    confirm the locking function.

    Locking shoe

  • To lock the moving direction, it has

    one swivel locking mechanism on

    pallet corners;

    The movement is performed at

    intersections and is a warranty that

    the user accurately placed the

    pallet for direction change.

    Direction locker

  • Bidirectional function

    To move in two direction the pallet

    has 4 hydraulic cylinders actuated

    independently;

    Each cylinder has it own self-

    sustained locking shoe.
