Never reverse vehicle in yard.Position yourself to maintain eye contact with the
operator.Operating area should be clear. Keep a distance of
10-15 feet from Fork Lift, 20-30 Feet from Reach Stacker & RTG.
Never walk underneath a load or slinging load.Never come in the way of a vehicle.Don’t stand still at one point during operation i.e.
to maintain distance from mobile yard equipment.Don’t talk with each other or at mobile during
operation in the yard.

Equipment Parking in the designated area Hydra should not be used for Empty container
Reverse alarm should blow while turning the MHE/ Vehicle back
Never walk underneath the RTG/ Reach Stacker
All the staff and/or people entering CY must wear PPE Trailer should not be parked in CY
Carry a torch at night operation No one should sleep under the vehicle
Traffic Rules must be followed by everyone entering CY Premise NO Smoking inside CY
Horn / Siren / Flash should be blown by Yard Equipment / Vehicle while turning
back
First Aid box should be stored in Weigh Bridge, RTG etc.
Proper House Keeping of Lanes and Yard Proper Signage for safety purpose
