ITALIAN FLAG BRUSCHETTA
Add the sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and 20 drops Tabasco sauce to the beaker. Blend with the hand blender until the mixture is homogenous.
Add the cream cheese, Feta and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to the clean beaker. Blend the mixture until homogenous.
Add the peas, 8 g mint leaves, 4 teaspoons lemon juice, salt and pepper to the clean beaker. Blend the mixture until homogenous.
Toast the bread then spread a line of red puree, white puree and green puree on top. Cut in half to create little Italian flag bruschetta.
Preparation:

Ingredients (for 8 - 10 people):
SENSORY FLAVOR EXPERIENCE: Taste the bruschetta in three bites in the following order: red-white-green for a sensory experience going from spicy to calming to a refreshing finish.

Add the onion, 1 clove garlic and ginger to the chopper bowl; chop finely. In a pot add 1 tablespoon coconut oil, chopped mixture and turmeric; cook for 5 minutes over medium heat stirring frequently.
Add half the pumpkin cubes to the chopper bowl; chop until coarse. Repeat. Add the pumpkin, 1 l vegetable broth and 400 ml coconut milk to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Insert the hand blender in the pot and blend until homogenous. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with reserved coconut milk, ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 toasted chopped walnuts, hemp seeds and crispy sage.

Add the farro cookies to the chopper bowl. Pulse until reaching a coarse consistency.
Add the strawberries to the beaker. Use the potato masher to mash until half of the strawberries are juiced and the rest are broken up in pieces.
Pour the heavy cream into the clean beaker. Use the whisk attachment and whip on speed 1 until the mixture starts to thicken then gradually increase the speed until soft peaks form. Add the raw cane sugar. Whip until firm peaks form.
In four small glasses, add layers of the ingredients in the following order: strawberries, whipped cream, cookie crumble, blueberries and raspberries. Repeat. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one day in advance.

Put the dates, the almonds, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 2 tablespoons organic raw coconut oil, 1 tablespoon natural maple syrup in the chopper bowl and pulse on turbo until finely ground and slightly sticky.
Grease a springform round pan with coconut oil. Add the ingredients for the crust to the greased pan, and press in an even layer and bake for 8 minutes. Reserve 65 g of the mixture for the topping.
Add to the beaker: light cream cheese, Greek yogurt, 120 ml natural maple syrup, 3 eggs and seeds from 1 vanilla bean. Use the whisk attachment to beat until smooth. Pour the filling into the cooled baked crust. Spread evenly.
Top the cheesecake with the reserved crust mixture and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 175°C
