The March Goodness Razoo 2010 Tournament is in conjunction with the“March Madness” collegiate basketball tournament, where Razoo islaunching a March Goodness Giving campaign where a select group of nonprofits will compete for grants based on fundraising through the Razoo

network.

There are 32 nonprofits competing in the March Goodness RazooNIT 2010Tournament and rules are simple:

The team who has the highest amount of unique donorswho make a minimum $10 donation wins.

Game Time - March 15 (12AM EST) – March 30 (11:59PM EST)

Purse is $5000 - The top 4 organizations will win by having the highestamount of unique donors

First Place $2000Second Place $1500Third Place $1000Fourth Place $500

Razoo covers all credit card transaction fees, so 100% of your donations

The Razoo March Goodness is national nonprofit fundraising competitionmodeled after the NCAA basketball tournament known as March Madness.The 32 NIT nonprofit teams will try to amass the most "votes" fromindividual donors using the Razoo online giving platform in order to wingrants. The Tournament competition begins March 15th and end March 30th

We have a critical need in supporting the people if Haiti and we are askingyou to support us with $10 and telling 10 friends. $10 really can make adifference as millions have been raised by texting just a $10 donation. If you can, please consider making a larger donation.

Reiser Relief Inc. has been trucking in freewater to the victims of the Haiti earthquake; to the orphanages, clinics andtent cities that have absolutely no services, no water, and no food, no

sanitary. The water trucks bring up to 14,000 gallons clean water daily toareas around Port-au-Prince six days a week. The relief focus has been onfood and water delivery.

Reiser Relief works with Feed My Starving Children, (FMSC) whoseoperation is creating and packaging nutritious meal packs. FMSCdocumentation: “Diarrhea is the number one cause of death of malnourishedchildren. Diarrheal diseases accounted for 16 percent of deaths amongchildren under the age of five worldwide in 2004.” The MannaPack-Potatomeal is a specially-designed fortified potato and soy protein meal that hasproven successful in treating malnourished children suffering from life-threatening diarrhea. Each serving costs 13 cents to produce.

“We have no concept of starvation. They live it. They endure it. And theymove forward,” said Fr. Bernard Reiser, founder of Reiser Relief Inc.Reiser has been involved with Haiti for 20 years and ministered to theimpoverished people of Haiti with schools, orphanages and water delivery.With so many schools destroyed, Reiser Relief is looking into the possibilityincreasing capacity of one of its schools that is damaged but still standing in

Cite Soleil, to provide education and food to more children.

The next phase we are working on is funding to provide many tents astemporary living quarters for people and building materials for temporaryschoolrooms to bring hope to a community. We need to act quickly beforerainy season begins next month,

Of course we acknowledge the plethora of problems that face the country and it’s a question of whether you want to bea part of the solution or whether you choose to focus only on the negatives.We like to be a little ambassador representing the international relief effortfor our region, where we work through challenges peacefully andconcentrate one day at a time with hard work, to achieve the ultimate goal of simply helping those who are in need and have nothing everyday.
