HAGERTY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT PARKING INFORMATION and APPLICATION 2015-2016 Student parking passes for the 2015-2016 school year will be sold on the following dates and times: Thursday – May 21 st : Seniors Only 3:00PM – 5:00PM Auditorium Lobby Friday – May 22 nd : Seniors Only 12:00PM – 2:00PM Auditorium Lobby Tuesday – May 26 th : Juniors Only 2:00PM – 4:00PM Auditorium Lobby All students that did not purchase parking passes on these dates will be able to purchase parking passes during schedule pickup on Monday – August 3 rd for Seniors and Tuesday – August 4 th for Juniors, provided that any remaining spaces are available of the allotted 444. Dual enrollment, Off-campus Virtual School, OJT, Athletics, and Extra-curricular activities DO NOT GUARANTEE you a parking pass on campus. If you are relying on any of these options to obtain a pass you may want to consider other transportation methods for the upcoming school year. General Parking Rules: 1. ALL DEBTS AND OBLIGATIONS MUST BE CLEARED WITH THE BOOKKEEPER PRIOR TO OBTAINING A PARKING PASS. 2. All vehicles must have a school issued permit/tag to park on campus. 3. Seniors will select their designated numbered parking spot when purchasing their passes in May. 4. Juniors will be assigned a designated numbered parking spot when purchasing their passes. 5. Students must park in their designated numbered parking spot on campus. 6. Vehicles not parked in their designated numbered parking spot will be towed IMMEDIATELY. 7. Cost of the parking pass is $70, payment may be made by cash, check or money order – HHS. 8. In order to obtain a parking pass/tag, students must provide all of the following documents: * Valid Drivers License (Copy) *Vehicle Registration (Copy) *Insurance Documentation (Copy) *Completed Notarized Application for Parking – Next page. *Form of Payment – Cash, Check or Money Order – Made Payable to: Hagerty High School (HHS) 9. All tags must be displayed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. 10. Lost or stolen tags or any vehicle changes must be reported to Athletics immediately. 11. Replacement tags will be subject to a fee of $20.00. 12. Students may share a parking space, but must have documentation for both drivers and vehicles on file. 13. Hagerty High School is NOT responsible for any damages to vehicles or personal property. 14. Students may not park in any other area on campus except for their numbered spot. 15. If a vehicle is in your spot, park your vehicle on the curb in front of the auditorium and proceed to the Athletic Office IMMEDIATELY – Do not park in another numbered spot. 16. Students leaving campus without authorization will have their parking pass revoked and face disciplinary action. 17. Speed limit on campus is 5 MPH. 18. Students must exit their vehicle and the parking lot area immediately upon arriving to school. 19. Duplication of a parking tag will result in the loss of your parking privileges for the remainder of the year, along with the appropriate disciplinary action.
