Evaluate individual performance & identify growth areas for team members. Set evaluation standards & target setting on a monthly & annual basis for individual team members. Identify training needs for each member & ensure fulfillment of training requirements.

Responsible for Compliance issues for the Claims teams and Adherence to compliance procedures Auditing reports to ensure accuracy of data utilized for depicting the performance on SLAs.

Quality/Delivery, monitoring & reporting of the same. Accountable Managing Business Performance: Strategize the business to meet SLAs.

Representing the Claims shop as compliance SPOC to customers and successfully managing the compliance issues of Claims. Designed and Roll out plans (Retention Plans Etc.) for the processes within the portfolio
