Working as Operation Manager in GENPACT from last 9.8 years in the Insurance / Reinsurance domain with exposure to Claims, Retrocession, Quality and Accounting, In addition to working on daily deliverables also responsible for the process MIS Reporting activities, Quality Control and Team Handling; GENPACT has instilled within me the confidence to drive changes in the team, ability to develop and implement practical solutions which would benefit the team tremendously also have experience of Onshore / Offshore Transition with valid B1-B2 US Visa till 2020

Managing Business Performance: Strategize the business to meet SLAs. Exceeding SLAs for both TAT and Accuracy. Responsible for solving escalated issues or client queries.

Manage Team Members Expectations: Leading the team. Giving timely monthly and yearly feedback to team members and Knowledge Managers. Evaluate individual performance & identify growth areas for team members. Set evaluation standards & target setting on a monthly & annual basis for individual team members. Identify training needs for each member & ensure fulfillment of training requirements.

Responsible for Compliance issues for the Claims teams and Adherence to compliance procedures Auditing reports to ensure accuracy of data utilized for depicting the performance on SLAs.

Quality/Delivery, monitoring & reporting of the same. Accountable Managing Business Performance: Strategize the business to meet SLAs.

Representing the Claims shop as compliance SPOC to customers and successfully managing the compliance issues of Claims. Designed and Roll out plans (Retention Plans Etc.) for the processes within the portfolio

Have received “Promoter” score for the past 2 years from both the US Process Owners in the NPS survey rolled out at a frequency of six months

Simplifying process with the acquired knowledge of Six sigma and Lean Capacity planning for the teams on a daily basis and compute the overall Capacity required for the current
