Hi there fellow quilters. Hope you had a wonderful January and you have used your rainy days to quilt, quilt, quilt!!! We gave the first boy, first girl quilts to UVMC thanks to Sue Gowan. I gave one quilt to the band for Pomolita school. They will raffle it off at their concert in the park for Mothers Day. Also gave one quilt to a pregnant lady who is struggling, 6 to CPS, 2 receiving blankets and 1 quilt to Center for Life Choices and one to UVMC infusion center. The next Community sew will be Feb 27. I think it will be Missouri Star's quilt called Jack and Jill. It is a very easy scrap quilt using 2 1/2 inch strips. Come help make quilts for our community. See you soon. Kathy
