Objectives:
ToshowcaseandappreciatetheartistictalentsofAgnesians
Togenerateresources fortheprojectsoftheSAAAlumniAssociation
III.EligibilityasExhibitor.OpentoallSAAAlumniartistsandartcollectorsIV.
ReceivingandRegistrationofArtworks

V. ExhibitandSaleTheSAAAlumniAssociationwelcomes:1)
donationofartworks,thetotalsalesproceedsofwhichwillgotothe
organizer2) exhibitofartworksforsale3)
exhibitofartworkswhicharenotforsale
VI.ArtworksforSale
SharingScheme.Forartworkssold,70%oftheproceedsshallgotothe
exhibitorand30%shallgototheorganizer.
ObligationsoftheParties
Theorganizersshalltakecareoftheinstallationanddismantlingoftheexhibit,
organizingthe
exhibit
opening,
preparing
invitations,
press
releases
and
advertisements.Theexhibitorsshalltakecareofhandling/transport/freightofartworksbeforeandaftertheexhibitsandwilllikewiseshouldertheexpensesthereof.
VII.
ReservationsandSalesAllsalesshallbeincashorinchequeastherearenofacilitiestoprocesscredit/debitcards.Forreservationsanonrefundable30%DPwillberequiredfromtheprospectivebuyer.The70%balancemustbesettledwithintwoweeksfromthedate
ofreservation.
Incaseofforfeitureofthe30%downpayment,2/3oftheproceedswillgototheexhibitorand1/3totheorganizer.
VIII.
RemittanceofSalesProceedsTheorganizershallremit70%ofthesalesproceedswithin3weeksfromthelastdayoftheexhibit.
IX. Return/PickupofUnsoldArtworksMay811 911am; 24pm
X.
Care,HandlingandSecurityTheorganizersshallexerciseduecareanddiligenceinthehandlingofthe
artworks.The
Audio
Visual
Room
shall
be
secured
at
all
times
while
the
artworks
areunderthecareoftheorganizers.However,theexhibitorsacknowledgethattheorganizershavenofullcontroloverthirdpartieswhoparticipateorvisittheexhibit.Hence,innoeventshalltheschool,thealumniassociation,theorganizers,ortheirrespectivedirectors,officers,employeesoragentsbeliableforanylossordamagewhatsoever.
