1. A propos des évaluations SGES 1.1. Préambule L’objectif du présent document est de vous donner toutes les informations concernant le déroulement des évaluations du premier semestre de l’année académique 2009-‐2010. Ces évaluations s’inscrivent dans le cadre d’un système global propre à SUPINFO International University : Le SUPINFO Global Evaluation System (SGES). Les enseignements dispensés par L’Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique de SUPINFO International University aussi appelée SUPINFO Institute of Information Technology (SIIT) sont organisés en semestres d’études. A la fin de chaque semestre d’études, une session d’évaluations est mise en place en utilisant le dispositif SGES. Les semestres d’études et les sessions d’évaluations SGES sont mentionnés dans le calendrier académique 2009-‐2010 pour les 5 années du programme de formation SUPINFO débouchant sur le Titre reconnu par l’Etat français à Bac+5. Le calendrier académique du SUPINFO Institute of Information Technology est consultable sur courses.supinfo.com dans le dossier SIU/SIIT/International Master of Science/Regulation. L’organisation des sessions d’évaluations est placée sous la responsabilité du Campus Manager de chaque Campus SUPINFO à partir des directives transmises par le SUPINFO Academic Management (SAM). Chaque session d’évaluation est mentionnée sur le planning des étudiants et consultable sur Campus-‐Booster. A la fin de chaque semestre, une semaine est entièrement dédiée aux évaluations SGES. Ces évaluations SGES portent sur des matières dispensées au cours du semestre écoulé conformément au contenu présenté dans le présent document, promotion par promotion.
Pendant cette semaine d’évaluation, aucune autre activité pédagogique n’est programmée. De même, les étudiants effectuant un stage à temps partiel doivent informer les entreprises concernées qu’ils ne seront pas disponibles lors des semaines d’évaluations.
1.2. A propos du barème de notation des évaluations SGES Le barème de notation pour chaque question des évaluations SGES pour le premier semestre est le suivant : -‐ Réponse juste et complète : + 1 point. -‐ Réponse fausse et incomplète : 0 point. -‐ Ne sais pas ou absence de réponse : 0 point. Le score de l’examen correspond à l’addition des points obtenus à chaque question. La note SGES à l’examen est alors calculée de la manière suivante :
Note SGES = (Score de l’examen / Nombre de questions) x 20. IMPORTANT : Pour chaque matière présente au programme et donnant lieu à acquisition de crédits ECTS, une note finale est calculée de la manière suivante :
Notre ECTS = 50% de Note SGES + 50% de Note LABS

1.3. Validation d’un module au rattrapage Des sessions d’évaluation de rattrapage sont organisées pour chaque année du programme de formation en utilisant le dispositif SGES. Elles permettent aux étudiants d’obtenir les crédits ECTS qui leur manquaient pour valider complètement leur précédente année de formation. Les principes d’organisation des évaluations de rattrapage sont les suivants : -‐ Au cours de l’année académique 2009-‐2010, sont organisées les évaluations de rattrapage pour le programme de formation de l’année 2008-‐2009. -‐ Les évaluations de rattrapage sont programmées au cours des mêmes semaines dédiées aux évaluations SGES du programme 2009-‐2010, à la fin de chaque semestre académique. -‐ Les étudiants concernés passent les évaluations de rattrapage en même temps et sur les mêmes sujets que les étudiants de l’année 2009-‐2010, pour se voir attribuer les crédits prévus pour l’année 2008-‐2009. 1) Seuls les étudiants qui n’ont pas validé 60 crédits ECTS pour leur année d’études 2008-‐2009 sont autorisés à
passer les évaluations de rattrapage.
2) Les étudiants concernés passent les évaluations de rattrapage pour les matières pour lesquelles ils n’ont pas obtenu les crédits ECTS, sous réserve qu’elles soient planifiées pour être rattrapables cette année. En effet, il n’y a pas d’examen de rattrapage planifié pour les matières de 2008-‐2009 qui ont été retirées du programme 2009-‐2010. Dans ce cas, les étudiants n’ayant pas validé la matière supprimée du programme se voient attribuer automatiquement les crédits correspondants. Cependant, le module est alors considéré comme officiellement rattrapé.
La présence aux évaluations de rattrapage est obligatoire pour les étudiants concernés. L’étudiant concerné par les sessions d’évaluations de rattrapage doit s’informer auprès de la direction de son campus de la planification de ces évaluations et doit se présenter normalement à ces sessions. Il ne recevra aucune convocation. En cas d’absence de l’étudiant, il ne sera pas programmé d’autres sessions d’évaluation de rattrapage. Dès lors, l’étudiant absent conserve les notes précédemment obtenues. La note obtenue à une évaluation de rattrapage remplace toutes les notes précédemment obtenues pour la matière concernée (évaluations continues et évaluation SGES de 2008-‐2009). Elle ne peut être supérieure strictement à 10/20 et le Grade ECTS correspondant ne peut donc être supérieur à E pour la matière concernée.

3.1. A propos de la plateforme SGES L’ensemble des informations techniques concernant les applicatifs utilisés pendant les évaluations SGES sera disponible dès le 31 Janvier 2010 sur courses.supinfo.com dans le dossier SIU/SIIT/International Master of Science/Regulation. En préambule, voici la configuration minimale demandée pour garantir un fonctionnement de la solution logicielle. L'ordinateur portable est obligatoire dans le cadre de la scolarité à SUPINFO. Vous trouverez ci-‐dessous la configuration minimale requise pour la scolarité 2009/2010 : Système :

4. Préparation à vos examens
4.1. Accès aux supports de cours L’ensemble des ressources pédagogiques est disponible sur le site http://courses.supinfo.com.
4.2. Plateforme facultative d’entrainement Dans le seul but d’aider les étudiants à mieux se préparer aux examens SGES, une nouvelle plateforme d’entrainement nommée SUPINFO Learning Management System (LMS) leur sera proposée à partir du 31 Janvier 2010. Cette plateforme contiendra, entre autre, pour plusieurs matières un ensemble de questions d’entrainement.
