Responsibilities

Own the entire implementation process from working with designers to releasing the Android, iOS and Windows apps incorporating feedback from a range of stakeholders (designers, marketing, flight and hotel teams.

Lead development and maintenance of scalable and reliable mobile apps Work closely with the web development teams and lead the mobile

development discussions Evaluate new technologies and device platforms and provide feasibility

assessments and accurate estimates for project implementations Work equally effectively refining fine details optimizing the UX and

architecting scalable reliable systems Rapidly create prototypes, synthesize feedback and develop a production

quality release candidate Develop unit tests and useful code documentation Produce useful written source documentation and reports including

Plan & Implement content management strategy Hire, train & manage a team of outsourced content freelancers working in

tandem for the vertical in creating and maintaining the content Writing, Editing and proofreading Destination Content, Places Content,

Suppliers Info etc. maintaining quality standards. Maintain consistent look & feel throughout the content stack by creating &

maintaining standard formats, guidelines for contents and media upload. Maintain, develop and execute the master content calendar for targeted

markets. Assure web-based information is in sync with future marketing and

promotional needs & of relevance to customers. Track and report content related issues. Suggest innovations to build rich content. Collaborate with key team members and suppliers. Job may require travelling to content destinations in the near future and

the position is based in Mumbai. Desired Skills and Experience

3-4+ years of experience in managing (writing, editing) content for a consumer facing online company.

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with MBA/Journalism Degrees will be preferred, though not mandatory.

Experience/Understanding of Travel / Service Industry / Hospitality Industry is important.

Self-motivated individual with experience & skills in web content Management, writing & editing for the web, graphic design and site management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with timelines. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, timelines-driven
