Gütt Olk Feldhaus advises ADCURAM Group AG on the recapitalization of its
prefabricated houses group
Munich, 1 August 2016 – The business law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised ADCURAM
Group AG on the recapitalization of its prefabricated houses group. The financing with a
total volume of EUR 62 million was made available by a syndicate of IKB Deutsche
Industriebank AG and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG.
The prefabricated houses group consists of Bien-Zenker and Hanse Haus group with an
aggregate of 980 employees and an estimated turn-over in 2016 of just under EUR 260
million.
In previous transactions, Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised ADCURAM Group AG on the
financing of the acquisition of both, Bien-Zenker group and Hanse Haus group.
