Food is important for us . But not any food!
Healthy food necessary for
your health because it is
give you more power
and keep you in good health.

How can I be healthy?
Eat healthy food like fruit .
Play sports.
Eat brackfast everyday.
Drink 8 glass of water in per day.
How many glasses of water do you drinking every
day?
80% they drink 8 glass of water.20% they drink glass of water.
Do you eat break fast every day?
90% they eat break fast every day.10% they dosen't eat every day.
How many hours do sleep
per day?
60% they sleep 8 hours.40% they dosen't sleep enough
time.
Conclusion :
Finally, I hope you eat healthy food and do more exercises; to be in
good health and make your body healthy and more strong.
