Our major corporate value is service and our main goal is to provide optimal solutions, with the best trained personnel to our clients and to ensure they receive a security service that exceeds their expectations.

We’ve been working in the security industry as security officers, agents and supervisors for over five years and we recently started our own security firm providing services for clients of various communities at a great discount compared to other security providers in the industry.

In the current criminal climate and increasing fears of criminal activity, everyone is concerned about their safety and their well-being. It was with this genesis that Gillette Security Ltd was formed; we are providers of highly trained and experienced baton security personnel, based on the needs of our clients.

All our security officers perform patrols utilizing foot, bicycles and vehicles, as visibility often plays an important role to ensure the safety and security for our clients and their assets. Our objective is to become your professional, approachable partner for all your security requirements.

At Gillette Security Ltd, our mission is to remove worries for clients who require security personnel for buildings, facilities and events by providing our clients with highly trained security personnel at their facilities and offering excellent customer care service to our clients.

Services

Deter and capture criminals on your private property, business place, private community or otherwise. Every officer employed by us is trained in security and well equipped for duties.

• Officers: $30.00 Per Hour

We understand that security is more than just safety. We’re at your front door, first and last impression of your property, the eyes and ears of your neighborhood.

We embrace this responsibility by providing our customers with officers who receive specialized training and our clients also benefit from having a familiar face at their property. We provide security to help ensure a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors and staff.

Our security officers are trained to understand the importance of security, as well as customer service, the safety and security of the employees, tenants and visitors within your property are our top priority.

Recruitment

To ensure quality performance only the best applicants are selected for our training program. All trainees must successfully complete this program and pass subsequent examinations to be employed by Gillette Security Ltd.

• Process:

Our selection process begins with a screening of all employment applications; only the best applications are interviewed. Before the interview, shortlisted applications are comprehensively investigated for completeness and accuracy.

• Recruitment:

1. Two (2) recent passport sized photos

2. Birth certificate & valid forms of ID

3. Police certificate of good character

4. Two (2) recommendations (not more than four months old)

Successful interviewees are allowed into a two week long program designed to produce officers capable of carrying out general security duties.

Training

Our training is done by senior police officers and covers a wide area of study including:

• Military Drills ! & Self Defense ! • Security Duties, First Aid and Fire Prevention • Public Relations • Response Techniques • Communication Skill

Every officer must be appropriately and adequately trained, qualified and certified for their assigned duty. This guarantees that the best possible security personnel are protecting your property and the people important to you.

We specifically designed our own training course that creates a "path- way" of learning that equips our staff with the relevant practical skills and knowledge required for their professional and personal development.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, the officers deployed may be required to undergo specialized training. We ensure that the duty assigned is manned by individuals who are additionally trained to suit the environment that they will serve.

Supervision

• Location Visits:

Regular visits are made to assignments to ensure that all security procedures are being observed. In addition, unannounced visits are made to the assignments by Senior Staff to review the security force and examine it for possible weakness.

• Performance and Operational:

Every two months a Performance and Operational Review is conducted for each post to which our officers are assigned. Any recommendations derived from regular site visits will be included in this review alongside any client recommendations.

Our dispatchers ensure that all posts are properly filled and is also responsible for any assistance that the officers might need, and he/ she provides valuable customer service to all clients.

• Communication:

Whilst on duty, our officers carry company cellular phones for effective communication to our head office. In the event of an emergency they and our clients have ready access to additional support. We ensure that your premises are properly served by making regular patrol visits and cell phone checks.
