Clic, this icon to open a dialog where you can choose to download the update.

This can cause a document tobe printed on a distant printer %perhaps in an oice setting'( i you do not change the printermanually in the #rint dialog. disabled( your standard printer will be used to print thisdocument. The current printer settings will be stored with the document whether or not thisoption is selected.

you choose to sa)e relati)ely( the reerences to embedded graphics or other obJects in yourdocument will be sa)ed relati)e to the location in the ile system. n this case( it does not matterwhere the reerenced directory structure is recorded. The iles will be ound regardless olocation( as long as the reerence remains on the same dri)e or )olume. This is important i youwant to ma,e the document a)ailable to other computers that may ha)e a completely dierentdirectory structure( dri)e or )olume names. t is also recommended to sa)e relati)ely i youwant to create a directory structure on an nternet ser)er.

4i=e optimi=ation for ,F format. $ibre:ice documents are L8$ iles. hen you select thisoption( $ibre:ice writes the L8$ data without indents and line brea,s. you want to be ableto read the L8$ iles in a te=t editor in a structured orm( deselect this option.
,ocument type" you routinely share documents with users o 8icrosot :ice( you mightwant to change the Always save asattribute or documents to one o the 8icrosot :iceormats. Current )ersions o 8icrosot ord can open :5T iles( so this may no longer beneeded.

$ibre:ice automatically installs se)eral dictionaries with the program. To add other dictionaries(be sure you are connected to the nternet( and then use Tools >!anguage >More ,ictionaries
nline. $ibre:ice will open your deault web browser to a page containing lin,s to additional
dictionaries that you can install. ollow the prompts to select and install the ones you want.

You can change some details o the locale and language settings that $ibre:ice uses or alldocuments( or or speciic documents.

you do not want spelling chec,ed while you type( deselect Check spelling as you type
