Total Word Length: 800 (strictly)

Format: Case study should be presented in four sections-a) Description of client’s business

 b) Description of the business or technical problem

c) Brief on the solution or project undertaken

d) Summary of benefits, impact, outcome.

Design: The case study layout is standard for all cases in the defined format by Global Services to bring

uniformity.

Other points to be noted: 

# Include visual elements like photos, simple graphics, logos, diagrams, etc.# In extreme cases, the full identity of the client may not be revealed. This includes client’s name,

revenue, name of client executive, names of brands associated with the case study. However, the case

should include the correct industry; description of the actual problem, the solution, and the benefits; andthe geographic location.

# It is encouraged that actual quotes from client executives along with titles be included in the case study.

# Head-shots are encouraged.
