Meaning of DynamicsThe word dynamic’s ‘Force’

from organization point of

view. It refers to the forces

operating in the

organization or in group.

forces operation within a group.

The social processes by which people

interact face to face in small groups is

called ‘Group Dynamic’s’ .

Group Dynamic is concerned with the

interaction of individual face to face

relationship.

Formal Groups Formal Groups are part of the organizational structure.

They are created deliberately and

conscious by the management to

perform the assigned.

The formal groups may further be

sub classified into the following groups:

1. Command Group.2. Task Force.3. Committees.

Informal Groups The Informal Groups are formed by

the members of such groups by

themselves rather then by the

management.

There are based on common

interest, Language, taste, Casts,

Religions, Background etc. The Informal Groups are more than the formal Groups.
