DEFINITION OF OUTSIDERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT:

a) Students who have not taken CA Final coaching in Master Minds are treated as OUTSIDERS.

Sometimes an SSP student might have not taken CA Final coaching in Master Minds but still he may want to attend for Revision Exams and or Study Hours now. In such a case treat him as Category 1 student only and pass on the special benefit as stated above.

b) Students who have taken coaching in Master Minds in CPT or IPCC (but not CA Final) will also be treated as Outsiders.

c) Students who have taken CA Final coaching in earlier batches of CA Final in Master Minds will not be treated as outsiders.

d) These students shall take admission from the Admission Department after payment of necessary fee.

For students who are writing revision exams in single group only, the target percentage will be 5% more than what is given in the above table.

2. RULES WITH RESPECT TO DEDUCTION OF EXAM DEPOSIT:

a) A Student is treated as failed if he does not get the target percentage of marks as stated below. In such a case Rs. 30/- will be deducted from the Exam Deposit, for each subject failed (the same will be applied for Pre Final exams also)

b) If a student gets absent to any of the revision exams (including Pre Final exams) then Rs.100/- will be deducted from the Exam Deposit (Rs.100/- for all subjects together but not for each subject)

c) Revision Exams schedule and Question Papers will be same whether the student writes Both Groups or Single Group.

PART 3 – OTHER INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO REVISION EXAMS

d) After deducting the above stated amounts, the balance amount, if any, will be refunded to the students only after taking back ORIGINAL RECEIPT OF THE EXAM DEPOSIT. For any reason, if the student is not in a position to surrender back the original receipt then the balance amount of Exam Deposit, if any, will not be refunded.

e) The balance amount, if any, in Exam Deposit will be refunded to the students on or after October 25th 2015.

f) If students are able to show evidence that they have attended ITT classes then we will not deduct amount from Exam deposit for getting absent to revision exams, during that period. Consideration will not be given to any other reasons.

3. SUGGESTED ANSWERS:

a) One copy of suggested answers will also be provided for every 4 students who are writing revision exams in physical mode. In that suggested answers we will provide detailed solution (or answer) to only those problems (or questions) which have been modified by the faculty.

If a particular problem / question is taken as it is, from any of the list of reference books provided under the heading AREAS TO BE PREPARED then we will just provide the reference page number only.

If some problem or question is being taken from some other source which is not there in the list of reference books provided under the heading AREAS TO BE PREPARED then we will provide detailed solution (or answer) to such problem (or question)

b) For students who are writing the exams in physical mode, suggested answers will be provided within 3 days of completion of each exam.

4. DETAILS OF STUDY HOURS:

a) Daily Study hours: 08.00 AM to 1.00 PM & 2.30 PM to 8.00 PM.

b) Study hours will be conducted upto day before CA FINAL public exams of Nov 2015.

c) Students who want to attend study hours shall pay STUDY HOURS FEE (Not refundable), as stated in the above paragraphs. This is in addition to the Revision Exams fee and Exam Deposit stated above.

d) Students will not be allowed to attend study hours alone. Only those students who get registered for revision exams will be allowed for study hours, only on the payment of above stated fee. Whether to attend Study Hours or not is purely optional i.e. students can attend for revision exams alone but not for study hours. In such a case student need not pay study hours fee.

e) Everyday we will provide one faculty related to one subject for doubts clarification. We will try our level best to provide this service. Even if we fail to provide this service then students can’t ask it as a right. This service will be provided purely on the basis of availability of faculty.

Our main focus is on providing proper atmosphere to study in the college.

5. OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS:

a) Students of 12th batch of CA Final shall also go to Counseling department, Pay the necessary fee, Sign the self declaration form and shall obtain ID cards from Admission Department to attend these Study hours and Revision Exams. Students are advised to finish this process on or before May 16th itself and are requested not to rush us on the opening day i.e. May 18th 2015.

b) Different ID cards will be issued to students as follows, which students need to collect and produce at the classroom. Otherwise students will not be allowed for Study Hours and Revision Exams (Including the students of 12th batch of CA Final)

- One ID card for Group 1 of Revision Exams

- One ID card for Group 2 of Revision Exams

- One ID card for Study Hours

- One Hostel ID card for Girls Hostel students

c) Students are not allowed to attend Study Hours or Revision Exams, without showing the ID cards or Fee Receipts related to study hours fee and exam deposits.

d) Once the student opts to write BOTH GROUPS, later on he can’t change his choice.

e) For all these examinations answer sheets will not be provided by the management.

f) Every student shall use single ruled, A4 size papers only for writing these examinations. If students write their answers in any other papers then those papers will not be valued and it is treated that the student has not appeared for that examination.

g) Valued answer papers will be returned to the students within 3 weeks of conducting examination.

h) Valuation and other related judgements will be at the sole discretion of the management of Master Minds and can’t be questioned.

i) Wrong claiming and presenting vulgar language in the answer sheets will be taken seriously. If it is proved, further exams will be stopped and necessary action will also be taken on the student.

j) For Semi Final and Pre Final exams, 15 minutes of additional time will also be provided for reading the question paper. This point is not applicable to other revision exams.

k) Students can follow their own Materials and Books during study hours. They need not be related to MASTERMINDS. It is sufficient for the students to follow our Schedule.

l) Campus: Gemini campus, 2nd lane of Brodipet, Guntur.

Management has every right to change the campus as per the requirement.

6. HOSTEL FACILITY FOR GIRLS:

a) Hostel facility is available to Girls from May 18th to Nov 18th (Minimum Period of stay is 6 months)

b) Hostel Fee (For the entire period of 6 months) – Rs.24,000/- + Dhobi Charges of Rs.1,500/- + Local Body Tax of Rs.750/-

7. ADDITIONAL POINTS FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING REVISION EXAMS THROUGH POSTAL MODE:

a) 30 minutes before the scheduled time of exam, Question paper will be sent to the registered email address of the student. The student needs to download the question paper, write the exam on his own and post the answer sheets to the address given below.

b) Alongwith the question paper, we will mail EXAM TITLE SHEET. Student shall download the EXAM TITLE SHEET, fill all the details given in the EXAM TITLE SHEET and shall attach the same alongwith answer sheets.

c) Student need to write answers on A4 size single ruled papers only. Otherwise, those papers will not be valued and the student will be treated as absent to that exam.

e) It is compulsory to mention the words CA FINAL REVISION EXAMS (ALONGWITH REVISION EXAM NUMBER) on the face of the cover in which answer sheets are enclosed.

f) Preferably, send your answer papers through DTDC courier service rather than normal post.

g) Master Minds is not responsible for postal delay or loss of papers.

h) Answer papers must be posted by the student within 24 hours of completion of scheduled time of exam and must reach us within 4 days of completion of exam. Otherwise, student is treated as absent.

i) Alternatively these students can scan their answer sheets and email them to our mail id [email protected] and shall also send an SMS about the same to the contact number 92484 45614, with all necessary details like Student name, Admission number, Examination Date and number etc. Students shall also scan the title sheet alongwith their answer sheets.

j) After completion of valuation, the answer papers will be posted to the students within 3 weeks of completion of exam. Consider 3 days grace period for postal delay.

k) We will also send an email of suggested answers to the registered email address of the student, within 5 days of completion of exam.
