5 400HZ FREQUENCY CONVERTERSDesigned to power the onboard aircraft systems during the pre-flight inspection at the airport. It can also be used as a centralized power supply for aviation shops and test benches.

7 AIRPORT RECTIFIERS AV SERIESAV 28V transformer rectifier unit is used to power the onboard aircraft systems during the pre-flight inspection, as well as to start the engine using the 24/48V system.

AV2 transformer rectifier unit has an option of powering two independent aircrafts at the same time.

Transformer rectifier units have a microprocessor control system with advanced security and detection modules.

9 GROUND POWER COMBINATION UNITS400Hz and 28V FC/AV combination units are designed to power the onboard aircraft systems.

It includes an FC power unit supplying three-phase AC of 200V at 400Hz, and a single/two channel AV transformer rectifier unit supplying 25,5V DC, which can be used to start aircraft engines via a 24/48V mode during ground handling. The unit is designed to supply aircafts and helicopters during preflight maintenance at the airport. It can also be used as a power unit of test benches, hangars and aircraft manufacturing plants.

Can be manufactured both in standard complete set and according to Customer’s special requirements and adjustments.

11 AIRFIELD POWER DISTRIBUTION PILLARSAFC-1 airfield power distribution pillars are used to provide power, low-voltage power lines and compressed air to mobile equipment, instrumentation, electric and pneumatic tools necessary for aircraft maintenance in parking areas, aprons, and hangars. When connecting equipment to the pillar the fuse box should be closed.

Configuration and the location of various elements depend on customer requirements. Airfield power distribution pillar is installed onsite, onto the foundation with four or more anchor bolts.

12SWITCH-MODE POWER SUPPLY IPPISwitch-mode power supplyThe Frequency converter IPPI-5000-25 AC resistance furnace pulse power source is used for power (temperature) regulation and stabilisation.

Power regulation occurs via control angle variation of the thyristors that are located on the step-down transformer's primary side. Current, Voltage, Power and Temperature stabilisation means are provided.
