WELCOMEWelcome to the Grimsby Auditorium Autumn/

Winter Season Brochure for 2010 and once

again I am extremely pleased to present another

exciting mix of shows.

Special highlights include the return of the

hip-swinging smash-hit musical Dreamboats

and Petticoats and in 2011, Auditorium family

favourite, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor

Dreamcoat. This year’s pantomime Beauty

and the Beast, is brought to you again by Pele

Productions, starring Ian ‘H’ Watkins from

Steps as Muddles.

As usual we have the best in comedy including

a third visit for Jimmy Carr this year, The

Armstrong and Miller Show, Stewart Francis,

Ross Noble, Mark Watson, Jason Manford Live

and Lenny Henry!

A flavour of one nighters at the Auditorium

are recreating the magic of Take That in Back

For Good, Tell Me On A Sunday starring Claire

Sweeney, The Vagina Monologues, Peppa Pig’s

Party, a charming and imaginative show for the

little ones and many more.

This heart-warming and enchanting adventure is the

classic love story of Belle, a young woman in a small

provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a Prince

trapped in a spell. If the Beast can learn to love and to be

loved, the spell will be broken and he will be transformed

back to his former self. However, time is running out, and

if the Beast does not learn his lesson soon before the last

rose dies…he will be forever trapped!

See how the hilarious Muddles ( Ian ‘H’ Watkins )

unknowingly goes to work in the Beast’s castle. Boo and

hiss as he stands up to the vain and pompous ‘Anton’ who

tries to bully Belle into marrying him.

Don’t miss this wonderful pantomime ending with a

fantastic STEPS medley and members of the audience

have a chance to perform on stage with ‘H’. Join us for a
