Ingredients2 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced2 ripe pap2 ripe papayas, peeled, seeded and diced1 red onion, finely diced1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves1-1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice1 jalapeño chile, seeded and mincedSalt and pepper to tasteSalt and pepper to taste4 black bass fillets (about 8 ounces each)
