Sun Cream Permission

Dear Parent / Carers,

At Greenshoots we will provide sun cream for your child’s protection when the sun is shining. The setting is now using :

We need to ask your permission to use this specific sun cream on your child, so please complete the attached permission slip to let us know if you are happy for us to use it or not.

If your child requires a special type of sun cream, for example due to a skin condition, then please provide us with a suitable sun cream and we will be happy to put it on. Please label your own sun cream with your child’s name before bringing it to the pre-school.

Nivea Sun Kids Factor 50+

We are required to record when we have applied sun cream to each child so we will let you know if we have done so.

Also don’t forget to bring in your Greenshoots hat for the hotter weather. If your child has not yet received their hat then please let us know. We will be giving out hats shortly.
