TRADE STAND APPLICATION FORM

This event, run by the same organisation that stages the Henley Show and the Ploughing Match, is becoming increasingly popular. H & DAA requires that exhibitors arrange their own insurance cover in respect of personnel, marquees, tents and equipment they have on their stands. Please read the Association’s health and safety policy and Traders Terms and Conditions copies of which can be found on our web site – www.thehenleyshow.co.uk Stands to be set up by 9.00 a.m. The day generally ends around 5.00 p.m. with the presentation of Cups and Cards to the winners. Exhibitors should make their own arrangements for electric power and drinking water. Any generators must be adequately soundproofed and earthed. The H & DAA prefer diesel generators to be used, as the fire risk is lower. We reserve the right to refuse to allow the use of any equipment that is deemed to be untested, unsafe or too noisy. Generators and all electrical equipment on site may be inspected. All portable electrical appliances must be PAT tested and be marked or have labels attached with a current test date and testers signature. A copy of your health and safety policy and copies of risk assessments, which cover your

activities, must be enclosed with your application forms. Copies of your public liability insurance certificate and (if appropriate) your employees

liability insurance certificates should also be with your application forms. Any portable electrical equipment you may bring must be PAT tested and marked as
