What is MyBlueprint?

MyBlueprint is an online education and career planner that is available to all grade 8- 12 Richmond School District students. The purpose of Myblueprint is to support students in thinking and planning for their futures to help drive them to increased success in schools.Students can take learning style, personality and interest assessments to learn more about themselves as well as to guide them to different career and education opportunities.Students can plan their high school courses and investigate post-secondary career, job and volunteer opportunities. They also can create/plan budgets, build career portfolios and resumes. Grade 10 students have a username and password which allows them to log on to Myblueprint. If they have trouble logging on, they should consult with Ms. Charleton.ALL grade 10 students are encouraged to access Myblueprint in order to assist with their future program planning decisions.

Student Sign Up• Visit: myblueprint.ca/sd38• Click Sign up• Select district 38 from the drop-down menu and then click Create my Account• Select Student and then pick your grade from the options and click continue• Fill out the sign-up form. Follow the onscreen prompts to set up your email,

password, grade, etc. (PEN number should be available from your counsellor)• Click on Get started.• On the left side of the screen, Click on high school. See if your courses for grade

8/9 have been loaded in correctly. (Go through the program planning guide and add your grade 9/10 courses, clicking on the boxes and finding the appropriate courses)
