The learning fragrance of school students tend to explore with time to the advent of technology and framework of their counter parts via peer learning. This has given a new pace to the artistic framework of their minds. The flavor of Instagram to attributes of being online and activated via technology has given much of independence to them to uproot to the best of their dignity and self-awareness.

I am sure most of you will agree to the fact that holding the students attention is very important - then the teaching follows.  If you’re a people’s person and enjoy working with them it will help in your teaching. I am paid for my passion and it doesn't seem boring. In fact it’s awesome to go to a world of challenge and change every day.

The segment lies with YES I can approach.

The children learn by their own pace via the synergy they get within classrooms of open air and dependence to the available tools. A world where, when I am trying to record my student’s podcast and it’s not working, another student quickly notices what’s wrong and shows me how to make it work. When you see the spark and excitement in the children’s eyes that they have helped me to fix the problem and made me more comfortable they will connect better.  Being an academician I long for a better relation and a spectrum to relate to deliver to my kids of new age learning via UNLEARN-RELEARN and upload options of delivery of their choice and the way they desire.

No longer the kids stand in queue to deliver but to perform for they are collaborators, decision makers, prolific, ready to take risk and execute to the power of their intelligence and routine.

Long task ahead for us the teachers!
