DIONYSUS The Turatti de-stalker replicates the care of the traditional techniques leaving the grain of the grapes intact and perfect while removing them from the stalk. Inside the destalker, there is a spinning cylindrical device, holding various inner plates that attract the stalk and pull them away from the grape, leaving the grains in perfect condition. The model can be easily utilized as a stand-alone piece of equipment for low capacities, or a processing line with multiple machines for higher throughputs.
