For everyone who is a part of Grand Illusions, 2015 will be an exciting year indeed, as we are introducing a whole host of innovations designed specifically to enhance your customer experience with us.

First of all, if you’re coming to the shows in London and Birmingham (and we certainly hope that you are !), you’ll notice our handsome new stands - larger than ever before and in key locations. At the shows we are introducing our new automated order system using iPads, which will mean, barring any unfortunate mishaps, stock will be allocated to your order at the show and not when we return as before. Also, you’ll be able to take your order confirmation away with you or have it e.mailed directly.

Also imminent is the launch of our sparkling new website. Strikingly modern with clean lines, it is easier to navigate and features improved product images. And if you’re on the move, it will now be perfectly suited to tablets and smart phones as well.

As you might have guessed, we shot this catalogue in the Balearics so you might notice a slight Latin influence in the text - poetic licence and all that..

Every season we strive to bring something a little different to the party and, as we hope you’ll agree, this year is certainly no exception.

Back in May last year, after a ten year absence, we re-launched our Milk Paint and we weresimply blown away by the response. Today, we have over one hundred stockists and we

Paint has always been a passion of ours. Little wonder when it was responsible for shaping much of our career in the 1990s. As a retailer, our paint and painted furniture was hugely successful - we were shipping thirty or forty large pieces of furniture out all across the UK, each and every week. In addition, we’d teach twenty people a week our techniques in our specially created teaching studio. These were heady times, as the publication of our three books across the world provided huge PR opportunities for us and this was all due to the paint.
