A. Career Fair

NOTE: THESE ACTIVITIES ARE COMPULSORY! YOU CANNOT GRADUATE IF YOU HAVE NOT
COMPLETED THESE SCHEDULES!

Those without resume template can go to the Alumni Coordination Office (G Floor,
Bldg. 4)

Civil Eng’g required attendees = 10
First Come, First Serve.
4. Job Fair Schedule
Civil Engineering – Afternoon
Bring at least 10 copies of your resume.
Business attire.
B. Alumni Clearance Procedure and benefits
a. Send soft copy of resume using TIP Template to [email protected]
b. Pay alumni fee of P300.00 at tellering office
c. Present receipt to Alumni Placement Office together with:
Hard Copy of Resume
Three (3) pcs, 1x1 ID Picture in business attire, white BG
d. Fill up the form there
e. Payment of alumni fee is required.
f. Alumni ID can be claimed one month after submission of application form. You will be
informed through text.
g. Alumni Benefits:
Use of library resources
Tuition fee discount for siblings enrolled in at least 18 units in the previous
semester and do not have failing grades
Tuition fee discount for one year if alumni enrolls in 2nd program
Tuition fee for alumni’s husband/wife.
C. Graduation Practice
April 4 -5 9:00 – 5:00 P.M @ Congregating Area
April 8 10:00 – 6:00 P.M @ Study Area (Toga Distribution – P500.00 deposit for
TOGA. Deposit can be refunded if TOGA is returned at the PICC after the
graduation rites
D. Baccalaureate Mass / Recognition Program / distribution of Invitation and tickets
April 10 9:00 – 12:00 PM Mass in Sunday dress and Toga (Non-Catholics may join
also for the preparation of the designation position in the graduation
rites.
E. Commencement Exercises
April 11 1:00 PM – 6:00PM
F. Attire
Ladies – decent dress (NO PANTS!), closed black/gray shoes – peep toe is allowed
Men – long sleeve shirt with necktie, black/dark colored pants
G. Fees
Graduation Fee P1,000.00
Alumni Fee P300.00
Toga Deposit P500.00
H. Fees for TOR/Diploma/Certificates and other requirements
5-year program – P 1,300.00
Requirements:
One piece 2x2 picture in toga attire without cap – white BG
2pcs Documentary stamps (available at the Registrar for P25.00 each
