Orientation Based on the day to day operaIons: 1. Everything ran smoothly 2. Incoming students were happy 3. People liked the new events (One MIT Picnic, Photo Contest,
Hiking Trip…) 4. The website was useful 5. Going paper-‐less was a great idea
Next steps SHORT TERM 1. Write the OrientaIon Report (help of OC fellow) 2. Analyzing results of a survey sent to incoming students 3. Process Dorm Reimbursements 4. Meet with all event coordinators to analyze performance of
events in order to improve next year’s events LONG TERM 1. Re-‐define GS 101 with Dean Staton 2. Streamline space reservaIon process for next year 3. Streamline the scheduling process for next year 4. Analyzing cash-‐free OrientaIon for next year
