Certificate examsThe professional certificate in communication skills is designed for adults already engaged in a profession who wish to consolidate and receive recognition for their proficiency in making presentations and related communication skills.

The assessment comprises five components — presentation, speaking in public, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, summary and feedback skills, and discussion.

Grade exams Trinity grade exams in communication skills are suitable for beginners to advanced students and are available for individuals as well as for small groups of three or four candidates.

Exams for individuals assess a candidate’s ability to engage with analytical and critical concepts, to persuade, to negotiate, to summarise and to communicate information, ideas and opinions in a variety of contexts. Group exams also offer candidates opportunities to develop skills in group discussion, interaction and teamwork.
