become a fully integrated, standalone technical and specialist welding
contractor recognised as being at the forefront of the industries that we
operate within, and customers we support.
Global Project Services, supported by our Industry experienced and
respected senior management team hold a proven track record through
delivery of diverse construction programmes ranging from spool-base
management to o� shore pipe-lay, steep-terrain, landline, downstream
and brownfi eld installation programmes worldwide.
Global Project Services o� er our technical welding expertise to manage the
challenges faced by our clients, and where our primary focus is to deliver
innovative Welding Solutions focussed on safety, quality and production
within the global pipeline and energy markets.
We have in-depth knowledge of fully mechanised, semi-automatic and
manual welding solutions, gained working within the harshest and most
challenging working environments on the planet, and where high and low
temperature variant creates challenging environment to both equipment
and weld operative.
Utilising multi-weld applications and processes including STT / GMAW
/ AutoTig / Orbital / GTAW / MMA / GSFCAW and with access to fully
mechanised welding systems, GPS deliver on critical path welding. Our
programmes will see us work with material grades including carbon steel,
stainless steel, inconel clad, duplex, super duplex, titanium and chrome,
where quality production focussed on zero failure rate drives performance.
With operational o� ces in UK and Scandinavia, and access to our parent
company network of regional o� ces and facilities in North America,
Australia, Asia and Middle East we support our clients welding challenges
internationally by providing weld engineering and construction welding,
WPQR development, mechanical testing, NDE, and 3rd Party approval to
the enhancement of our clients welding demands.

N I G G E N E R G Y P A R KIn the past, certain pipeline construction projects were restricted to standard productivity welding systems.
Global Project Services are able to work with manufacturers of standard and
mechanised welding equipment and consumables to challenge conventional
weld applications, with aim to produce technically compliant welding
applications for tomorrow’s industry.
With close alliance to manufactures of auto orbital equipment, semi-automatic
and pipeline equipment suppliers, we are able to work closely with our supply
chain to enhance equipment and consumable capability.
Bringing together specialist welding management & expertise from both
process and pipeline sectors, we are able to adapt and develop technical
delivery to suit the client project specifi cation and requirement.
Global Project Services workshop enjoys enviable deep-
water quayside access and can support short-length pipeline
fabrication from facility to reel. Global Project Services
are experienced on Double, Triple and Quad Jointing
programmes and where we can further support with the
provision of NDE, Coatings and Third Party approvals.

SPOOL BASE MANAGEMENT
As a leading pipeline welding services
contractor, our division can provide support
to our clients spool-base management
and technical welding programmes with
standalone turnkey solutions inclusive of
Weld Engineering / Development, Project
Supervision, Quality, QHSE, Welding &
Fitting execution, Inspection, Coatings and
Final Verifi cation. Global Project Services
has demonstrable delivery on Spoolbase
management programmes internationally in
UK, Cyprus, Egypt and New Zealand.
A Pipeline Spoolbase features permanently installed facilities and ancillary pipe
stalk storage racks and roller systems to enable signifi cant quantities of pipe stalks
to be prefabricated, inspected, fi eld joint coated and stored onshore. In addition, a
Spoolbase provides a facility for the assembly, storage, spooling and loading of rigid
pipeline before installation, thus reducing transit time on subsea pipeline installation
projects.
