MassDOT’s RideMatch and Travel Trainers Uber/Lyft Concierge Service (Needham Community Council) TRIP with volunteer drivers and payment (Mystic Valley Elder Services)

• Workgroup Focus o Focus on pilot projects in the short-term but also innovate for the longer time

period o Focus on equity across communities (gateways cites and rural communities) –

use demographics and the transportation scan to identify those communities

o Identify gaps in current transportation system o Healthy Aging Data reports will include scan information on

transportation systems in community profiles (Appendix A)

o Find solutions that address the pyramid of transportation needs including full mobility, transition and self-regulation, as well as supportive transportation (Appendix B)
