The Ocean Pond AOI is located south of Route 230 near the community of Southern Bay;
more specifically on the west side of Ocean Pond and south of Spar Pond. Access to this
land would be from Jacks Pond Road in the west and from route 230 via a cottage
development road in the Southern Bay area. Please see attached Existing Land Use Map.
The total area in this land base is approximately 960.7 acres or 388.8 hectares.
