prior then, the opening date from C&W web site www.cwd.gkp.pk.

• A copy of Technical Proposal in the required format is mandatory and to be uploaded

as a part of E-bidding before submitting financial bids.

• Scanned copy of bid security shall be submitted electronically alongwith Technical

bid on E-bidding system.

• All the bidders are required to be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue

Authority, Established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2013 (Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa Act No. XXI of 2013), for works consulting and non-consulting service

as listed in schedule-II of Act ibid.

• In case of bid/ rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below Engineer Estimate, the

additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder only to the exten: of

bid more than 10% below Engineer Estimate in the form of percentage. The amount

of additional bid security shall be equal to impact of financial difference occurring in

the quoted rates beyond 10% below Engineer Estimate.
