Telegraph Act, 1885 (13 of 1885 and sections 4 and 1! of the Indian "ireless Telegraphy

low power "ireless Access :yste', incl)ding adio 0ocal Area 9etwors, in the fre/)encyband of 5825 to 5875 %; with the

licence has been iss)ed )nder section 4 of the Act, infor's that his licensed syste' is gettinghar'f)l interference fro' any other radio co'')nication syste' exe'pted )nder these

r)les, the o)tdoor )ser of s)ch )nlicensed wireless e/)ip'ent shall tae necessary steps to

a&oid interference by relocating the e/)ip'ent, red)cing the power or by, )sing special typeof antennae and the $entral %o&ern'ent 'ay with a &iew to ens)re s'ooth f)nctioning of

the co'')nication syste' direct the discontin)ance of s)ch "ireless )se ro&ided that,

before s)ch discontin)ation, a reasonable opport)nity to explain the circ)'stances shall beoffered to s)ch )nlicensed )ser of wireless e/)ip'ent

constr)cted in s)ch a 'anner that the bandwidth of e'ission and other para'eters shallconfor' to the li'its specified in the Table referred to in r)le 3
