Reference with base circular no. F.DE.18.2(15)E-Y/2017/199 dated. 26.05.2017, regardingsubject drawing a panel of guest teachers for engagement in schools of Directorate OfEducation, Govt. NCT of Delhi for Academic Year 2017-18 and subsequent circular no.F.DE.18.2(15)/E-V/2017/587-590 Dtd. 19,09.2017 and No. F.DE.18-2(15)/E-V/2017/591-595 dated20.09.2017, and circular No. F.DE.18.2(15)/E-V/2017/995 Dated: 13-12-2017 & Circular No.F.DE.18.2(19)/E-Y/2017/1076-81 Dated: 01-01-2018.

Applicants, whose names have been referred on the final selected Guest Teachers list 2017-18eligible for engagement, in the attached list for drawing Teacher & Lecturer Fine Art (Painting) inr/o Distt. South are hereby informed to report in the office of DDE District (South), Sector-3,R.K.Puram, New Delhi-22 from 08.01.2018 to 10.01.2018.

At the time of report, candidates must appear in person alongwith all original certificates/documentsand one set of photocopy of following documents :-

1. Copy of online Registration slip/Application form 2017-18.2. SC/ST/OBC/PH,caste certificate (if applicable)3. In case of aBC, the OBCcertificate is to be issued from Govt. Of NCTof Delhi.4. Self attested Photocopy of all educational qualifications (Both Side) like year wise mark

sheets/ Certificates/Degree/Provisional Degree (from 10th onwards) etc. Candidate withoutcertificate, Degree or Provisional in original will not be entertained.

5. C-TET Mark sheet and Certificate ( If applicable)6. TwoPhotographs7. Identify proof (Preferably copy of Aadhaar Card)8. Annexure-A & Undertaking

School will be allotted at the time of reporting of the guest teachers. No TA/DA in this regard will bepaid to the candidate/applicant.
