1. Project Delivery

Completeness of Deliverables :

1.Provide status updates and progress reports for WSR creation as per schedule decided by Project/Team lead.2. All deliverables should be stored in one of the configuration management systems Clearcase, local CVS etc.

Problem solving - understand the problem and implement solutions under guidance

1. Code should be inline with design.2. Implement the solution by writing Optimised and reusable Code.

I have always given my contribution to the team to the fullest. I keep on reviewing my code on timely basis.As i continue completing my tasks and assignments i keep updated my team lead fo

r the same.

Firstly i go through the fsd to understand each key concept and the challenges so my code is inline with design.I keep fixed to deadline , mostly prior never late.

2. Customer satisfaction

Help the team to Timely Response to customer requests - Provide necessary inputson time:1. Provide immediate update to the lead/team for any customer request.

Appropriate, timely, unambiguous communication:

I have always ensured that the issues are completed on time even if it requiredto stretch out of my office hours to complete it and also informed my TeamLeaderabout the progress of the issue.There are some cases where in the assigned issue will be a complex one and that cannot be completed on time. In such scenariosI will keep the customer informed about the progress and the difficulties that Iencounter through my Team Leader and Project Manager.

3. Quality and Process

Compliance to the processes and standards:

1. Build-up awareness about quality processes that are followed in the Wipro andcustomer, based on which overall process in project is defined. Ensure compliance to them, zero non-compliance.2. Quality of the deliverables should be as per clients expectation or as set bythe project delivery guidelines3. Maintain review records.4. Follow process to ensure safety of customer provided resources.

Completing timesheet on time

Self review is the best way to avoid errors or bugs.BEfore completing my assignement i review the code and the task thoroughly for minimum bugs in it.I comply with all the wipro policies and try maintaining the same throughout the completion of project.I keep getting reviews from team leads,managers and colleagues.I maintain a report so that at later time i can go through it and rectify all the errors.This method in a way helps to revaluate myself.

MInute to minute details are also timely updated so that at any later time i cango through any pending tasks

I have completed my UCF_CES-BPM_L1.1.While completing this i have gone through Java,J2ee,DBMS,Pega.I have gone through all the mandatory trainings and skills.Currently my role issystem architect in which i am utilizing all the learned skills to the fullest.

Completing CSA Certification

I have cleared UCF before target only with 70% and Mock csa i.e top up is completed for CSA with 87% and about to give my CSA next week.

I have been coordinating well with all my project members and I have involved inall the team activities in my project. So, it gave me an opportunity to share the knowledge among the team members and resulted in more productivity.If I faceany difficulties in the issues assigned to me, I will get clarified of them frommy senior team members. I have not received any escalation on team work from Program Manager or Team Lead because of my fault
