Wow! It happened! The first
Discussion Club lesson on 12th of
May!
And I must ensure you it was an
auspicious start for TRINITY Edu-
cation Group!
What was unique about this
event – definitely there were plenty
of noble gentlemen in black ! We
really expected just ladies and a few
men but in fact I was extremely
pleased with the guy’s company.
By the way, we were performing
on public eye and there is a small
modified recording of the lesson
which you can check on our web-
site www.trinity-group.com.ua in
Video blog.
At first, it is necessary to say that
Helen – our new teacher -was a pre-
senter of our Discussion club. Eve-
ryone characterizes her as a positive
and versatile young lady. I liked her
fluent and soft speaking that is com-
bined with numerous interesting
ideas.
We started with introduction and
discussion of our future plans con-
nected with our occupation. Then
she distributed copies with work-
related situations and criminal vo-
cabulary.

in any team. But alongside with it, I am
a person of principle. Moreover, I al-
ways try to think outside the box. My
favorite expression is “If you always do, what you always did, you always
get, what you always got”.
The attitude to life and to the world
is philosophical. I am inclined to think
that I am capable to find even in the
most dismal situation the positive
sides. For me there are no situations
from which it is impossible to find the
way out. I prefer the golden mean and
try to keep the balance.
Concerning my work, I am a re-
sponsible person. If I'm not sure I can
do something, I try not to undertake it
not to rock the boat. But what's more
important I LOVE MY JOB! Who else
can boast of this fact? Now I keep my
mind on the job, I like to do my bit, I
am full of beans, so I work to excess,
but I relish it a lot!
My name is
Juliya. I work in
the “Trinity Ed-
ucation Group”
as a teacher of
English and
German and I
am proud of this
fact. Of course,
being a teacher
is challenging, but at the same time re-
warding. Frankly speaking, I wanted to
become a teacher from my childhood,
so I enrolled at the Institute of the For-
eign languages. I always had a flair for
languages and got my diploma with ex-
cellent results. As I am a go-getter, I
decided not to stop my education, thus,
I am preparing for the CAE exam.
I easily hit it off with people, be-
cause I am a happy-go-lucky extravert.
My job entails liaising and I'm con-
stantly exposed to people. Having a
flexible character allows me to get on

have experience in Spanish-English

I hope I’m really out-going, tolerant,
and extroverted, though not very punctu-
al. I believe I have a creative mindset, a
positive attitude, and an enthusiastic
spirit. The most importantly, I’m pas-
sionate: I’m passionate about the work I
produce, about getting a feedback from
my students, as well as about my own
pursuit of knowledge, which is mostly
inspired by widely polysemantic, stylis-
tically rich, and quite bewildering nature
of English.
Finally, I’d like to quote the words
once said by Martin Luther King, which
always inspire me to be vigorous, initia-
tive, and able to work with zest and effi-
ciency, especially when I’m a bit lazy:
“Take the first step in faith… You don’t have to see the whole stair-
case, just take the first step.”

of Gorlovka

Foreign Languages, where I gained a
platform of linguistic knowledge and be-
came a teacher of English and Spanish in
2008. Love of these two languages led to
my becoming an avid participant in
speech contests and numerous students’
conferences. However, the most im-
portant philological accomplishment
while studying was participation in two
International Conferences on the Prob-

guage Teaching in 2007 and 2008.
After my graduation, I’ve been work-

Frankly speaking it was a fun to ap-
ply criminal vocabulary for making defi-
nitions for ordinary words like BOSS,
OFFICE or HOLIDAYS. Ha-ha! If you
weren’t present – you lost a lot!
Moreover, guys performed astonish-
ingly. Just imagine male humor! I burst
out laughing!
Here are my small characteristics:
Alex! – He was second to none dur-
ing the Speaking as an accomplished in-
terpreter he has a natural talent for of
English and German languages.
Vladimir was very cute and funny.
He enlightened us about his future plans
and showed his knowledgeable charac-
ter.
Nick performed impressively espe-
cially after huge gap in learning English
and gave us a small piece of his mind
about psychology and human’s general
thinking.
Here are some exciting quotations
from our lively class

sometimes you get less money than you
earn.
Holidays – it is a realise from prison

Boss – is a murderer who commits a
crime every day.
Colleagues are inmates who work for

They do everything that the boss asks.

Marrying at 29, Kate Middleton be-
comes the oldest royal bride in British
history.
Kate’s parents are "self-made mil-
lionaires" and run their own company
Party Pieces that is a mail order firm
and sells party decorations and sup-
plies.
Kate was a model at the university.
She walked the catwalk at a student
fashion show in March 2002. The
sheer dress she modeled cost $40 to
make but is to worth $160,000 once
she’s wed.
Kate Middleton and Prince William
are distant relatives - they’re each
other’s 12th cousins. Kate is also relat-
ed to George Washington, she’s his 8th
cousin. Gossiped by Tanya Isayeva
Definitely YES! Consequently, you were excited about the Royal Wedding of Kate
Middleton and Prince William. Let’s pop into their private life and get to know some interesting
facts about the Royal Wedding.
Indisputably, the marriage of
Prince William with Kate was a mag-
nificent moment for not only Britain
but for the whole world. More than 9.5
million people voraciously have
logged on to the official royal wedding
website since it was set up last Novem-
ber when the couple proudly an-
nounced their engagement.
More interesting facts More interesting facts about the about the
Royal Wedding:Royal Wedding:
At one point in the ceremony,
before the exchange of vows,
William also mouthed the words,
"You look beautiful," to his bride,
who was dressed in a veiled ivory
gown and tiara, her dark hair
down.
The gown, created by British
fashion designer Sarah Burton,
had a nearly three-meter-long
train. The "halo" tiara, made in
1936, was loaned to Kate by the
Queen, who received it from her
mother as an 18th-birthday pre-
sent.
Prince William wore the red
tunic of the Irish Guards regiment,
with a blue sash.
Just hours before the wedding
ceremony took place, Bucking-
ham Palace announced that the
Queen was bestowing new titles
on Prince William and his bride-
to-be. "Prince William thus be-
comes His Royal Highness The
Duke of Cambridge and Miss
Catherine Middleton on marriage
will become Her Royal Highness
The Duchess of Cambridge," the
announcement stated. William
also was given two other titles:
the Earl of Strathearn and Baron
Carrickfergus.
The ceremony was watched by
2,000 friends, family and digni-
taries inside the Abbey and an
estimated 2 billion people
around the world.
Kate met William at University of
St Andrews where she adamantly stud-
ied history and he was completely im-
mersed in studying geography.
Kate and William started dating in
2002 but split up in 2007 to reconcile
later that year. Thus, their private life
was constantly in a public eye.
Kate Middleton was born on Janu-
ary 09, 1982, and is 6 months older
than William.
William proposed to Kate in No-
vember while on a vacation in Kanya.
He proposed with his mom’s engage-
ment ring. Queen Elizabeth II chose
this ring for Prince Charles’ engage-
ment some 30 years ago.

The moon is rising and it is time to watch a
gorgeous phenomena which happens every
single night in the high mountain far away
from human being’s eye.
The observer would realize that God
played with colors while he was creating
the Universe and then on the spot his Maj-
esty decorated the endless sky with numer-
ous stars of varied sizes and added planets as satellites of the light bodies. The truth
is that each of them is absolutely unique and has a million-year long life.
If you are curious you should watch this video http://vimeo.com/22439234 and
inevitably it will take your breath away, it will enforce you to think deeper about
your mission on the Earth.
Standing on the surface with you head
up you can hear the explicit music of the
nature, the breath of mountains and the
warming embrace of trees, the holy beauty
of surrounding landscape and captivating
sky.
Morning is coming and weightless
clouds are penetrated by the rays of sun
which give life and vital energy. Slight wind is going to wear off all the negative
thoughts and bring peace and quiet inside every cell of yours. Miraculously, you
have a chance to see the tremendous and overwhelming view on the giant World and
know you were born not in vain. Tanya Isayeva
Did you know how the date of Easter is determined?
Easter falls on the first Sunday , the first full moon after the vernal equi-
nox (Equinox is on March 21).
It can occur as early as March 22 and as
late as April 25.
If the full moon after the equinox falls on
Sunday, Easter follows a week later.
Originally Easter was celebrated on the
same day as the Jewish Passover. Since
the Jewish calendar is lunar, Passover
can fall on any day of the week, and some
church fathers were distressed that the Len-
ten fast should end on a day other than Sunday. They argued about it until the 8th
century, when the church officially adopted the procedure we have now. T. Isayeva

Joseph Pulitzer once said about writing:
Put it to them briefly so they will read it,
Clearly so they will appreciate it,
Picturesquely so they will remember it and,
Above all accurately so they will be guided by its light.
Techniques of effective writing
Use strong, vigorous words
Some words express force and dy-
namism; others are dull and lifeless.
Effective writing will often make use
of strong and vigorous words. Consid-
er the use of ‘boom' versus 'period of
general economic prosperity' or' ty-
coon' versus 'well-known business
leader'.
Nouns are generally stronger than
adjectives, and verbs are strongest of
all. Verbs are strong because they are
about action, and action commands in-
terest.
The essential task of the writer is to communicate the message. The purpose of
this session, therefore, is to consider some guidelines and pointers to readable
writing.
World selection
Word selection is by no means the
easiest part of the writer's task. It
means that the quest for the right word
can be an agonizing one. The objective
is to relay your intended meaning as
accurately as possible.
Sentence construction
Sentences aimed at an adult reader
of middling ability might typically
have 16-18 words.
Thus, remember one of the most essential
rule of all:
The most valuable of all talents is never
using two words when one will do.
Thomas Jefferson
Make it positive
A worthwhile topic in communica-
tion is to emphasize the positive. Even
if you have a negative piece of infor-
mation to communicate, the reader will
respond more effectively if there is a
positive element.
