About Us

Gotakhori India is an adventure venture aimed at introducing India to

Scuba Diving, as well as creating awareness and developing a platform

for Environmental & Marine protection.

We make it a point to stress on teaching the significance of Wildlife &

Environmental Conservation, and respecting nature through diving.

We adhere to the strict guidelines and regulations set by PADI

(Professional Association of Diving Instructors).

PADI is the world’s largest Scuba Diving training organization and was

formed in 1966. PADI has become the benchmark for Scuba Diving all

around the world.

WHY SCUBA??

SCUBA, which stands for Self-Contained Underwater Breathing

Apparatus, is one of the safest, organised and most sought after

adventure sports.

Scuba unlike most sports is also an educational tool for parents, and a

method to ignite curiosity and wonder in the young and old alike.

Exploring the depths of the deep blue is not only fun but gives you a

whole new perspective and experience by opening up your mind and

horizons!

Ruchir Arora is a technocrat with 12 years of Operational/Managerial

expertise in various verticals, ranging from Telecom to Finance, Technical

Turnkey projects to Wellness & Healthcare setups.

A passionate holistic healer, he has in depth knowledge of various

alternate healing modalities like Hypno/Psychotherapy, Reiki, Pranic

Healing, Ashtang Yoga, Past Life regression, Counselling, etc.

Having received his PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI), Master

Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) and Emergency First Response Instructor

(EFRI) certification from Thailand in 2013, he also teaches specialization

courses such as Deep Diving, Wreck Diving, Night Diving, Nitrox Diving,

Drift Diving, Search and Recovery Diving and O2 Provider.

The Bubble Maker program introduces the child (8 years to 14 years) to

Scuba diving in the form of equipment usage, breathing techniques and

underwater movement.

This instils self confidence, courage and provides a fun and lasting

experience.

The duration of the Bubble maker program is approx. 3 hours with

maximum of 6 participants in a batch. The maximum depth during the

course is 2 meters/6 feet in a swimming pool.

B.M Basic: Experience program with a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer

without a certificate.

Fee: 2,000/-

PADI B.M: Includes PADI Certificate of Recognition.

Fee: 3,000/-

PADI B.M Exclusive: Includes Scuba goodies such as Beach towel,

Logbook, Underwater Toy, Certificate, Decals, Tattoo, Emblem along

with a PADI certificate of participation.

Fee: 5,000/-

BUBBLE MAKER PACKAGES

The Seal Team program consists of 5 Aqua Missions (Yes just like a

modern day James Bond!) each designed to increase the child’s

comfort of using the equipment in the underwater environment

which in turn strengthens confidence.

An Aqua mission is a set of skills that is to be performed underwater

and at the surface under the guidance of a certified instructor.

The duration of the Seal Team program is 15 hours, which will be

spread over the course of 3 days and take place at a depth of

maximum 4 meters/12feet in a swimming pool.

Seal Team: 5 Aqua Missions under the guidance of a PADI Master Scuba

Diver Trainer without a certificate.

Fee: 10,000/-

 

PADI Seal Team: Includes a Manual with Logbook and DVD, Seal Team

Decal, Seal Team Certificate of Recognition and Vinyl Satchel.

Fee: 15,000/-

SEAL TEAM PACKAGES

MASTER SEAL TEAM

In Master Seal Team program, the child is introduced to 10 Specialty

Aqua missions that will put his/her skills and intelligence to the test,

making them adept to handle underwater conditions and situations.

The duration of this program is approx. 6 hours and will take place at a

maximum depth of 4 meters/12 feet in a swimming pool.

M.S.T is the most rewarding and fun program for your child. Where

they learn to navigate underwater, discover ship wrecks, take

underwater snapshots, learn search and rescue skills and help buddy

divers, to name a few.

Master Seal Team: 10 Speciality Aqua Missions under the guidance of a

PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer without a certificate.

Fee: Rs. 10,000/-

PADI Master Seal Team: Includes a Lapel Pin along with a Master Seal

Team Certificate of Recognition.

Fee: Rs. 15,000/-

MASTER SEAL TEAM PACKAGES

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING

Discover Scuba Diving is the best way to experience what it is like to be

a diver even if you’re not a swimmer!

From gliding through the waters to breathing like a fish, DSD is a fun

and quick way to get started on your Scuba Diving journey.

The duration of this course is 2 hours and conducted at a maximum of 6

meters/20 feet. The maximum number of participants in a batch is 8.

By completing DSD, you will also complete a section of your open water

course.

D.S.D Basic: Experience program with a PADI Master Scuba Diver

Trainer without a certificate.

Fee: Rs. 2,000/-

PADI D.S.D: Includes PADI Certificate of Recognition.

Fee: Rs. 2,500/-

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING PACKAGES

JUNIOR OPEN WATER COURSE

Jr. Open Water (10-14 years) and Open Water (15+ years) courses are the

certificate courses which give you the license to dive all over the globe and

are the gateway to exploring the trenches and mysteries of the Sea.

The courses consist of a classroom session, 2 pool sessions and 4 open

water dives which are spread over 3-4 days

The maximum diving depths allowed are as follows:

10 -11 years: 12 Meters/40 feet

12 & above: 18 Meters/60 feet
