Medicine cabinet makeover examples using Everyday Oils (show handout): Lavender for all cuts, burns, bruises; Lemon for detoxing, cleaning, deodorizing garbage disposal; Frankincense for oral pain, skin and scalp, meditation; Peppermint for headaches, heartburn, and nausea; Thieves (also Immupro) instead of Coldeeze, Airborne, etc.; Purification instead of Off (Show Flyer); Panaway instead of Capsaicin or Bengay; Peace and Calming for stress, insomnia, relaxing pets and children, etc.

    VIII. Precautions staying safe!

    a. Never put oils directly into eyes or ears. What to do if you get oil in eyes. How to apply to ears. (Show flyers)

    b. Use only stainless steel or glass with citrus oils show plastic glass c. Do not wear citrus oils in sunlight. They are photosensitive. d. Make sure to test the hot oils on your skin before using. Dilute if

    needed. Define hot oils most of spice oils such as oregano, cinnamon, Thieves, peppermint, thyme, clove, cassia, ocotea, wintergreen. Give example of Patsy.

    IX. Tips and tricks in no particular order a. Tenting (Show handout) b. De-toxing your body; oil pulling w/essential oils c. Abundant Health (Show catalog ,car diffuser, necklace) d. Yummy bath w/Lavender and Epsom Salts e. Dentarome can add a drop of Peppermint or Thieves (Show flyer) f. To see how much oil is left, turn bottle horizontal (Demonstrate) g. Keep empty bottles for blending and cardboard shipping containers

    for sending gifts of oils h. Never waste oils! When finished inhaling or applying topically, put

    some hand crme in your palm or face cream and rub it in. i. Cleaning fruits and vegetables 2 to 3 drops Lemon Oil ; fill sink

    w/water; let sit 10 to 15 minutes; dry food j. Best kept secret! k. My daily oil routine
