The Bank Information step is where the applicant adds the required banking information. Bank Statement needs to be attached as a mandatory procedure.Click Next to continue to the next step.

Industry CodesSelected industry code will be listed. Click Lookup Industry Code hyperlink to add multiple codes in the same time.

Click on Code hyperlink to select and click Select to confirm the code selection.

The designated person(s) is added on this step by clicking the Add Person hyperlink.

If the designated person to be entered is the applicant, the Applicant box should be checked. Ticking the applicant check box automatically populates the applicant’s Email Address data entered in the previous steps. Enter all the mandatory fields and click Add.

Click Next to continue to the next step.

Review the application details and when ready, click Submit to submit the application to Customs.

Click OK.

The submission of application was successful. The Confirmation screen will be displayed such below:

Click Print Acknowledgement Receipt to print the Acknowledgement Receipt.

Retrieve Saved Request

When a taxpayer requests to save the application, TAP will ask for an email address. This email address will be used to retrieve the application along with a confirmation code provided by the system at the end of that request. Saved applications can be retrieved from the TAP Main Page

Enter your email address and Confirmation Code. Click Search

The Request Information details are displayed at the top of the screen. For this example, the status is Pending and the application was submitted on 25-Sep-2013. The [Change] button is used to update/finish the Registration. The [Withdraw] button is used to cancel the registration

Lookup Application Status

It can take up to 14 days for the application to process. Taxpayers will have the ability to lookup their registration status on TAP any time after they submit their application.

Only TAP will be available under the [What method did you use to apply?] field.

Applicants can verify their identity by entering the [Acknowledgement Receipt No.] or by entering the [Email Address] and [Confirmation Code] provided by TAP when they submitted the application.
