off to HarvardHeather Smeaton-Webb was awarded the Doctorate of BusinessAdministration in June 2008. Her research area was ‘Exploring strategicorganisational challenges of mergers and acquisitions’ and as a result ofher doctorate she has been funded by EDF to go to Harvard. She used herknowledge from her doctorate to manage a co-operative venture whichwon a national prize for the successful outcome.
