Introduction

Nanning Good Fortune Heavy Industries Company Limited (wholly state-owned, ‘the Company’)

was founded on December 1, 2005 by the merger of Nanning Heavy Machinery Plant and Nanning

Power Generating Equipment General Works, the two heavy work plants were initially established

in 1958 by the Government of China. It is the leading cane sugar mill, small and medium scale

cement mill and hydro power plant equipment manufacturers in China and in the world. In the

recent years, the Company has diversified into thermal power projects and plays the key role of

EPC contractor apart from the existing role of complete set equipment manufacturer.

The Company covers an area of 140 hectares and has total assets of RMB Yuan 2.5 billions and

employees more than 2,300, annual sales RMBY 30 billion.

The Company mainly produces complete set of machinery and equipment for metallurgical industry,

mining industry, cement-making industry, sugar-making industry, thermal power generating industry,

hydro power generating industry, chemical industry, building material industry, etc. The Company

can produce machinery 55,000 tons per year, generator set with capacity of 2 million KW, electric

steel of 40,000 tons and castings or forgings of 15,000 tons. The products are sold all over China

and have been exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, America, etc.

The Company has 4 specialized subsidiaries producing steel castings, iron castings, steel forgings,

pressure vessels, structural parts, spare parts, industrial oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide

acetylene, medical oxygen, industry spring and also undertaking industrial project construction on

turnkey basis. Some equipment are well known in domestic and international markets such as

complete sets of mining equipment, metallurgical equipment, power generating equipment,

300-1200mm stainless steel tape cold-rolling mill, completes sets of 1,000-10,000 t/d cement rotary

dry-type production line and 1,000-10,000 t/d sugar production line.

The Company has got Quality System Certificate of ISO9001, gained the license to importation and

exportation, and has been chosen as an ‘honor-contracts and creditability’ enterprise in Guangxi

Zhuang Autonomous Region since 1990.
