Lately, I had been asking myself and those around me, if we are hoping to go to the same heaven that apostles Peter, James, Paul, and prophets Jeremiah, Ezekiel, John the Baptist, etc have gone with our highly SECULARISED, SELF-CENTERED, COMFORT-FOCUSED gospel?

Are we really in the same FAITH that the Nepalelse Christians, those in Syria, Iraq, India, Egypt and Ethiopia are?

Are you prepared in your Christianity to withstand the likes of ISIS? Is your love for Christ and faith built up for such?

Is it true that the saints mentioned in Hebrews 11 are waiting for people like you and me, who have completely absorbed the lies of the western culture of pleasure and competitive race for wealth acquisition, etc which we now call SUCCESS?

How did they (the Hebrews 11 saints) obtain "good report" and how are we pursuing ours?

In Matthew 24, Jesus, the Master, Himself, predicted that a worldwide persecution of believers will take place ahead of His return.

Matthew 24: 9 - 14 NKJV"Then they will deliver you up to TRIBULATION and KILLL you, and you will be HATED by all nations for My name's sake. And then many will be OFFENDED, will BETRAY one another, and will HATE one another. Then many FALSE PROPHETS (the rise of generation of Simon the Sorcerers) will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the LOVE of many will GROW COLD. But he who ENDURES to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come"

Apostle Paul exhorted us to ENDURE HARDNESS LIKE A GOOD SOLDIER OF THE CROSS. No wonder he could say "...I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course. Now laid before me is the CROWN of righteousness ..."

No Suffering, no Crown.No Crown, no Reigning with Him.No Pain, no Glory.No Discipline, no genuine Presence of God,No True Sacrifice, no True Blessing.No Humility, no progressive Grace.No 'Death', no real 'Life'.

Loud confessions based on selected truths and soulishly primed hope, expectations and dancing have now become the hallmark of the present day Laodicea Church with 'evidence' of material wealth in some places to show for it (even if we had lied, cheated a bit and bent certain rules), all is well?

COMING JUDGMENT

2 Corinthians 5:10-11 KJV"For WE must all appear before the JUDGEMENT SEAT OF CHRIST; that EVERY ONE may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be GOOD or BAD.  Knowing therefore the TERROR OF THE LORD, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made MANIFEST in your CONSCIENCES"

THE GOD WE SERVE IN FULLNESS:Saints, nature shows us that for any piece of money, instrument of legal transaction, to be of genuine and legal tender, the substriction on either faces must differ...check your pound, rand, dollar or naira.

For God to be who He claims to be in the Bible, there must be TWO (2) SIDES to Him. 

[1] GOD THE LOVE, the most compassionate, one side; and [2] GOD, THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, the only Potentate, on the other side!

Side One:All compassing LOVE & MERCYSide Two:All consuming JUDGMENT & WRATH

JUDGMENT CONTD:According to Paul in 2 Timothy 4:1-8 KJV"I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall JUDGE THE QUICK and THE DEAD at his appearing and his kingdom;  

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, REBUKE, exhort with all LONG SUFFERING and DOCTRINE. For the time will come when THEY WILL NOT ENDURE sound doctrine; but after THEIR OWN LUSTS (self-centered desires and pursuits)  shall they HEAP to THEMSELVES TEACHERS, having itching ears;  

And they shall TURN AWAY their ears from the truth, and shall be turned UNTO FABLES. But WATCH thou in all things, ENDURE AFFLICTIONS, do the work of an evangelist, MAKE FULL PROOF of thy ministry.  

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have KEPT THE FAITH (real genuine faith):  

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which THE LORD, THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, shall give me at THAT DAY: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing"

So saints of God, there is a "THAT DAY" for us to stand before "THE LORD, THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE" who scrutinise our hearts for the real motives behind EACH ACTION of service and worship"

When Paul wrote in 2Cor 5:10 of a "WE" that must stand before the JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST, I hope you know that the "WE" applies to only us, THE BELIEVERS in Christ. 

Later in that same chapter, he stated thus:in verse 17 "...If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation,..." and in verse 20, "...then we are ambassadors for Christ...".   So we now know who "WE" in verse 10 refer to.

ANOTHER JUDGMENT:Note, however, King David of old, like the other old testament saints, equally referred to the God as "THE JUDGE".

1 Chronicles 16:33 KJV"Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the Lord , because HE COMETH to JUDGE the earth"

Hannah's prophetic outburst by the Holy Spirit declared1 Samuel 2:10 KJV"The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the Lord shall JUDGE THE ENDS OF THE EARTH; and he shall give strength unto his king, and EXALT THE HORN OF HIS ANOINTED"

Psalm 9 verse 8"And He shall JUDGE THE WORLD in RIGHTEOUSNESS, minister JUDGMENT to the people. ..."

Apostle Peter confirmed this in 1 Peter 4:1-2, 5 [KJV]"Forasmuch then as Christ hath SUFFERED for us in the flesh, ARM YOURSELVES LIKEWISE WITH THE SAME MIND: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;  That HE NO LONGER should live the REST OF HIS TIME in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.  Who shall give account to him that is ready to JUDGE THE QUICK and THE DEAD"

Note the instruction: Arm or prepare or reset your mind in the same fashion in readiness for inconveniences.This is the Bible doctrine.

This JUDGMENT of The World is definitely CERTAIN and SURE but very distinct from that of the "family" assessment event referred to by Paul as THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST!

For this GREAT WORLDWIDE JUDGMENT, the validity was penned down by apostle John based on "what will shortly come to pass" shown to him on the Isle of Patmos. 

The Book of Revelation.Rev 20:4, 11-13 KJV"And I saw THRONES, and they sat upon them, and JUDGMENT WAS GIVEN UNTO THEM: and I saw the souls of them that were BEHEADED for the witness of Jesus, and for THE WORD OF GOD (those who achieved being classified as OVERCOMERS), and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands;

And I saw a GREAT WHITE THRONE, and HIM that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.  

And I saw the DEAD, SMALL and GREAT, STAND BEFORE GOD; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works"

It is pretty evident that the WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT is for "the World" or "the ends of the earth" or "the quick and the dead" whose names are NOT found in the BOOK OF LIFE.

Whereas, the earlier CHRIST's JUDGMENT SEAT is purely an exclusive matter of A DAY OF RECKONING between Him, the Christ, and His beloved servants.

Questions to ask ourselves before we GAMBLE our lives away:

What 'faith' are you in?What 'believe system' are you following?Who is leading you and I? What 'Gospel' is appealing to you?

Paul spoke of ANOTHER GOSPEL, ANOTHER CHRIST, ANOTHER SPIRIT!

Remember my usual saying "just because "it" works, does not make "it" right".Meaning, just because some activities seem to be working out well does not justify the means to be righteous!

Recall, water coming out of the Rock to quench the thirst of the people, yet both the people, Moses and Aaron were stopped by God from entering the Land of Promise!

Recall, Samson ate honey from a dead carcass and gained strength but moved onward to  disobedience, delusional behaviors and spiritual decline.

Questions to ask ourselves:Believers, are we still gloating on empty, vain and worthless faith without works? 

The 21st century apostate wind of "Motivational Speaking" has polluted the quality of messages or sermons from the pulpits.

Human philosophical worship of self from the New Age Movement has polluted the content of the gospel into brain appealing Secularism. And it is working! 

I am like Paul to you today...2 Corinthians 11:6 NLT"I may be UNSKILLED as a SPEAKER (in fluent grammar and philosophy), but I'm NOT LACKING IN KNOWLEDGE (God's Word & true doctrine). We HAVE MADE THIS CLEAR TO YOU in every possible way"

Yes, "happy churches" are getting bigger.And just like the Bible predicted, the spirit of Simon the Sorcerer is gaining ground. "Prophets" who will look at you and reveal your cell phone number and bank accounts are here!

BACK TO THE DAY OF RECKONING FOR BELIEVERS: Apostle Paul says of the Judgment Seat of Christ in this manner.1 Cor3:1, 12-15 KJV"And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as UNTO CANAL, even as unto BABES in Christ. 

Now if any man build upon this foundation GOLD, SILVER, PRECIOUS STONES, WOOD, HAY, STUBBLE;  

[six (6) categories of lifestyle, worship and ministry classifications. Which is the one you are following?]

Every man's (BELIEVER) work shall be made manifest: for THE DAY (the day of reckoning with Christ) shall declare it, because it shall be REVEALED BY FIRE; and THE FIRE shall TRY EVERY MAN'S WORK of what sort it is. 

If any man's (BELIEVER) work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall RECEIVE A REWARD.  If any man's (BELIEVER) work shall be BURNED, he shall SUFFER LOSS: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as BY FIRE"

Paul added on this matter of THE JUDGMENT OF THE SAINTS BY CHRIST - DAY OF RECKONNING as in Matt 25: 14 - 30.

1 Cor 4:4-5 NLT"My CONSCIENCE IS CLEAR, but that doesn't prove I'm right. It is the Lord HIMSELF who will examine me and decide (in KJV it is "JUDGE ME"). 

So don't make JUDGMENTS about anyone ahead of time—before the LORD RETURNS. 

For he will BRING OUR DARKEST SECRETS to light and will reveal our PRIVATE MOTIVES. Then God will give to each one whatever praise is due"

Finally my brothers, sisters, sons and daughters in Christ, 

Consider your motives...motives...Consider the packaging of your service....Rom 12: 1"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present YOUR BODIES a living sacrifice, HOLY, acceptable to God, which is your REASONABLE SERVICE.And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the RENEWING of your MIND, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God"

Since the 16th of March, we had been, for those who cared, on self sanctification check, using the messages of Late Derek Prince to stimulate internal revivals. Have you been following?

Know this for sure:

1 Cor 6:2-3 NLT"Don't you realize that someday we BELIEVERS WILL JUDGE THE WORLD? And since you are going to judge the world, can't you decide even these little things among yourselves? Don't YOU REALIZE that WE WILL JUDGE ANGELS? 

So you should surely be able to resolve ordinary disputes in this life"

This the role of the OVERCOMER SAINTS on the day of THE WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT!Revelation 3:19, 21-22 [KJV]"As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten (DISCIPLINE): be zealous therefore, and REPENT.    To him that OVERCOMES will I GRANT TO SIT WITH ME in MY THRONE, even as I ALSO OVERCAME, and am set down with my Father in HIS THRONE.   He that HATH AN EAR, let HIM hear what the Spirit saith unto the CHURCHES"

So just as INDIVIDUALS have EARS, CHURCHES also have EARS!

Consider this poser:If someone's work and service is BURNT by fire on the DAY OF RECKONING by Christ the Lord,how shall such a person who merely escaped by hair's breadth be among those on the THRONES as an OVERCOMER to be given the right to judge the world and the angels?

Think this through.
