Courses:
The Resort complex o�ers 36 holes situated on 350 hectares of land and 1500 hectares of waterfront.
The Lakeside Course: The waterfront setting of the Lakeside course o�ers a unique challenge with 14 holes bringing water into play. The course was designed in 1993 by the American Golf Course Architect Robert McFarland. Known worldwide within the golf industry as a leader in design innovation, Robert has worked on many famous golf courses including the spectacular Mission Hills in California USA.
Robert’s challenge was to create the course without disturbing mother nature – he did this by subtle use of the existing terrain, brilliant bunkering and small and challenging green complexes. Measuring a relatively short 6,516 yards from the back tees the Par 72 course has 4 sets of tees to vary the challenge in keeping with the architect’s design philosophy. TifDwarf is the pioneer of the dwarf Bermuda grasses used for the greens – this particular variety o�ers the golfer true and quick putting surfaces all year round. Fairways are planted with Bermuda o�ering players great lies throughtout the season.
The Mountainview Course wanders along the mountain contours o�ering uninterrupted views of soaring drives and approach shots set against the stunning mountain backdrop.
The course was designed by Australian based Paci�c Coast Design and completed in 2004. Paci�c Coast Design is recognized for much of their work throughout Southeast Asia including the award winning Black Mountain Golf Resort, in Thailand and the redesign of Hong Kong Golf Club. The golf course architects designed the Mountainview layout to compliment the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the rolling nature of the terrain. The course routing takes in views of the popular Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village.
Mostly lined with mature trees the Par 72 plays over 7,000 yards from the back tees however o�ers 4 shorter length tees for golfers wanting less of a challenge. For the slightly more shaded greens on the Mountainview course the putting surfaces are planted with Novotec grass which provides ideal putting surfaces all year round, produces speedy and true greens and reduces our environmental footprint. Like the Lakeside Course, the fairways are planted with Bermuda and o�er perfect lies all year round.

Driving Range
The Kings’ Island practice facilities include a large driving range with top quality range balls which can be hit from the closely mown grass or synthetic mats for warm up or practice. Location:
Do Son Seaside Golf Resort is located along the gorgeous Northeast coastline of Vietnam. Bustling Hai Phong City is a short 15 minute commute to and from the Resort. The course is bordered by the Gulf of Tonkin forming the northern arm of the East Sea (Biển Đông) to the East and the legendary Dragon Mountain to the South West. The golf course architect has routed the golf course to take advantage of the fresh sea breezes, and striking setting. This combination of stunning views, natural coastal setting and other distinctive features can only be found in Do Son. This is the foremost destination for local and foreign guests looking for that fantastic get away from the busy city.
Layout:
The routing for the Championship 18-hole par 72 layout stretches 6,836 yards from the back tees with several other teeing grounds for less ambitious players. The golf course is protected by challenging water features on all 18 holes.
Tee 7
Features:
Four di�erent sets of tees o�ering golfers of all abilities to choose their challenge ranging in length from the forward red tees at 5,486 yards to the championship back tees at 6,836 yards.
Skillfully crafted greens complement the numerous water hazards found on all 18 holes and the 82 strategic fairway and greenside bunker complexes.
The golf course is set in a majestic natural setting and covered by fresh sea breezes maintaining comfortable playing conditions all year round.

Driving Range:
The Driving Range is over 270 yards in length and o�ers six full target greens and bunker surrounds. Players can choose to warm up on the natural grass tee deck or one of the 30 arti�cial practice bays. A generous short game area features 2 large putting and chipping greens and a practice bunker.
Other amenities featured at the driving range include lesson programs by the Director of Golf, locker rooms, and a relaxing co�ee bar serving quality food, snacks, and beverages.
Grass:
Seashore Paspalum was chosen for the golf course as it suits both the tropical heat of summer as well as the cooler winter season, resulting in championship conditions on the greens and fairways year round. Various sized greens were artistically shaped to �t the rolling contours of the course.
Caddie Team:
Following in-depth training the team of enthusiastic and professional caddies is administered by experienced local and foreign managers and will navigate you around the course and add to your experience.

Location: Legend Hill Golf Resort is 30km Northeast of Hanoi, within the “Sports and Recreation Park – Legend Hill Golf Resort” – a key project on the occasion of the Millennial Anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi.

The amazing beauty of the mountainous area of Soc Son and the investor’s creative philosophy to produce a golf course designed with the concept of "twin greens" has been a source of inspiration, as well as a challenge for Nicklaus Design team.
