The Gold Kacha is especially suited to the recovery of precious metals from stamp & ball mill product, dump tailings, rubble beds & alluvial sands. It is an amazingly efficient concentrator developed especially for small mining applications. The novel centrifugal riffle principle results in high recovery of both coarse & fine precious metals.

The Gold Kacha is a simple and robust centrifugal gravity concentrator. It has a 2-3 tph capacity depending on the ore & can be driven either by an electric motor or a petrol motor to allow for operation in remote areas. Material is slurried with water via the supplied screen fitted with a wash hose and jets. the concentrate is usually purged once every hour & requires further upgrade using equipment such as conventional panning or the Gemini upgrade table.

The Gold Kacha allows artisanal & small scale miners to upgrade their material at much higher rates than by using conventional techniques, also using cleaner & lower energy technology. This allows for a quicker return on investment facilitating the transfer from subsistance mining to business-scale production. The machine can also be used for exploratory or prospecting purposes - ascertaining the mineral wealth in a particular area very rapidly. An idea of how well a particular mineral responds to gravity recovery can be seen before greater investments are made. Since the recovery mechanism uses an artificial gravitational field, various dense minerals can be recovered including gold, silver, platinum, lead, tungsten, tantalite & many more.
