WorkshopPartnership Scenarios

In groups, choose one of these scenarios and develop a strategy to form a partnership in your school.

1.The Next Step data has revealed limited success for students transitioning into work or further study. Many students continue with their part time jobs but six months after graduation are still unsure of their career direction.

2.Your school has a Yr 10 work experience program but, apart from SATs, limited connection with industry for placements in Yr 11 & 12. Considering the Work Inspiration model, how can you develop this program to assist Yr 11 & 12s with career transitions.

3.Your school would like to involve parents, industry and community in the schools career education program for the Junior School. Come up with a partnership to address this.
