Small Items with Huge Impacts (We highly recommend!)

Going to Pieces Newsletter (October - December, 2021) Page 2

Heat Resistant COOL PINS

Cool pins are just that –

COOL! Heat resistant up to

350 degrees Fahrenheit so you

can iron right over them! Large

pinheads are easy to grasp and

manipulate. Easy to spot and

remove because of colored tip.

Sharp and fine, they leave no

holes in your project. 50 pins in a

reusable storage box. Tip is

nylon, body is stainless steel.

LOVE THEM!!!

APPLIPOPS

Making perfect circles with

these tools couldn’t be simpler.

Cut a little scrap of fabric, lay it

on top of one circle, and press

another into it. Trim up your

fabric, and brush it with liquid

starch. Tease fabric towards

center of the circle, using fingers.

Press it, let it cool, and remove the Applipops. Press it one

more time, and stitch it down. It is so easy, and results are

AMAZING. Highest quality stainless which will NEVER

rust, corrode or break, thinner than a dime, holds your

fabric with beveled one side of the washer and the other

side flat. The bevel ensures your fabric stays unmarred.

AMAZING!!

DIAGONAL TAPE by

Cluck Cluck Sew

Diagonal seam tape is

simply tape that is placed

on the front plate of your

sewing machine to act as

a guide while you are

sewing diagonal seams.

The red thread in the center is aligned with the needle of

the machine, the blue thread on both sides is 1/4 inch from

the center of the line, representing a 1/4 inch seam edge.

SURE MAKES DIAGONAL STITICHING EASIER!!

HIGHLIGHTER TAPE Highlighter tape can be used

for anything where a

highlighter pen works. But,

it’s awesome for marking your

machine to get EXACT seams

while sewing (1/4”, 5/8” etc).

It’s easy to see, easy to remove,

And repositionable. AWESOME!
