Prosječan broj radnika na gradilištima u 2017 godini angažovanih od strane pravnih subjekta iznosio je 19969 što je za 16 više u odnosu na 2016 dok je broj odrađenih sati rada na gradilištima veći za 47 u odnosu na prethodnu godinu

Average number of workers employed on construction sites by legal entities in 2017 was 19969 and represents increase of 16 as compared to 2016 while the number of hours worked on construction sites increased by 47 compared to the previous year

Vrijednost izvršenih građevinskih radova u Bosni i Hercegovini koje su izvršili radnici na gradilištima u 2017 manja je za 34 u odnosu na 2016 godinu Prema vrstama građevinskih objekata udio vrijednosti izvršenih radova na objektima visokogradnje je 434 a na objektima niskogradnje 566 U 2017 završeno je 309 zgrada od strane pravnih subjekata od toga je 366 stambenih zgrada i 634 nestambenih zgrada

Value of construction works done carried out by workers at construction sites in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2017 decreased by 34 as compared to 2016 By types of construction the proportion of works done on buildings was 434 and 566 on the civil engineering

In 2017 number of completed buildings by legal entities was 309 thereof 366 residential and 634 non-residential buildings

Podaci se odnose na građevinske radove koji su obavljeni na području BiH Podatke o završenim zgradama i stanovima u izvještajnoj godini prikazuju samo pravne osobe koje su glavni izvođači radova Podaci u ovom saopćenju prikupljeni su izvještajnom metodom pomoću obrasca bdquoGodišnji izvještaj o građevinskim radovima GRAĐ ndash 11rdquo

The data relating to the construction works carried out on the territory of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Data on completed buildings and dwellings in the reporting year represents only legal units which are the main contractors The data in this release were collected through reporting method by Annual Report of construction works - GRAĐ ndash 11rdquo form

Podaci u ovom saopćenju odnose se na veći dio građevinskih firmi čije aktivnosti odražavaju kretanje ukupne građevinske aktivnosti u BiH Federalni zavod za statistiku BiH provodi Godišnji izvještaj o građevinskim radovima kojim prikuplja podatke za pravne subjekte i njihove dijelove koji su u Registru poslovnih subjekata prema Klasifikaciji djelatnosti razvrstani u područje F Građevinarstvo i imaju 10 ili više zaposlenih Republički zavod za statistiku RS provodi Godišnji izvještaj o građevinskim radovima kojim prikuplja podatke za pravne subjekte čija je pretežna djelatnost prema Klasifikaciji djelatnosti razvrstana u područje F- Građevinarstvo kao i za građevinske jedinice u sastavu negrađevinskih pravnih subjekata

Vrijednost izvršenih građevinskih radova uključuje izvršene radove u izvještajnoj godini bez obzira na to jesu li naplaćeni ili nisu Iskazuje se na osnovu privremenih ili godišnjih obračunskih situacija dogovorenih isplata prema stepenu dovršenosti radova ili konačnog obračuna ako su radovi završeni u izvještajnoj godini Vrijednost izvršenih radova uključuje vrijednost rada ugrađenog materijala i gotovih proizvoda za ugradnju goriva i električne energije troškove upotrebe građevinskih mašina i opreme te druge troškove u vezi s izvođenjem radova U vrijednost izvršenih radova nije uključena vrijednost radova (vlastitih) podizvođača (da se izbjegne dvostruko iskazivanje radova) porez na dodanu vrijednost te troškovi kupnje zemljišta projektovanja premjeravanja zemljišta i nadzora

Hours worked on sites are the hours of work achieved in the monitoring period in the regular and overtime work

Zgrade su stalne građevine koje imaju krov i vanjske zidove Sagrađene su kao samostalne cjeline koje pružaju zaštitu od vremenskih i drugih vanjskih uticaja a namjenjene su za stanovanje obavljanje nekih djelatnosti ili smještaja robe opreme za proizvodne i uslužne djelatnosti životinja itd U ovom istraživanju zgradama se smatraju i građevine koje imaju krov ali nemaju (sve) zidove npr nadstrešnice te građevine koje su pretežno ili potpuno smještene ispod površine zemlje npr skloništa podzemne garaže prodavnice i drugi poslovni prostori u podhodnicima i slično

Buildings are permanent structures that have a roof and exterior walls They are built as separate units that protect from weather and other conditions intended for dwelling performing of a certain activity or for placing of goods equipment used in various industrial activities and services animals etc In this survey buildings are also constructions covered with roof but without (all) walls eg porches and underground constructions eg underground shelters underground garages underground shopping centers and other business premises in subways etc

Stambene zgrade su zgrade u kojima je 50 ili više ukupne korisne podne površine zgrade namijenjeno stanovanju

Residential buildings are buildings where 50 or more of the total useful floor area of the building intended for housing

Nestambene zgrade su zgrade koje nemaju stambene površine ili je stambena površina manja od 50 ukupne korisne podne površine

Non-residential buildings are buildings that have no living space or a residential area less than 50 of the total useful floor area

Ostale građevine su svi građevinski objekti koji nisu zgrade npr putevi cjevovodi pruge mostovi itd

Other buildings are all construction facilities that are not buildings such as roads pipelines railways bridges etc

Stan je svaka građevinski povezana cjelina namijenjena za stanovanje koja se sastoji od jedne ili više soba sa odgovarajućim pomoćnim prostorijama (kuhinja kupatilo predsoblje smočnica toalet i sl) ili bez pomoćnih prostorija i ima jedan ili više posebnih ulaza

Dwelling is any residential construction unit intended for habitation which consists of one or more rooms with appropriate auxiliary spaces (kitchen bathroom hall pantry toilet etc) or without appropriate utility spaces and with one or more separate entries

The data relating to the construction works carried out on the territory of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Data on completed buildings and dwellings in the reporting year represents only legal units which are the main contractors The data in this release were collected through reporting method by Annual Report of construction works - GRAĐ ndash 11rdquo form

Podaci u ovom saopćenju odnose se na veći dio građevinskih firmi čije aktivnosti odražavaju kretanje ukupne građevinske aktivnosti u BiH Federalni zavod za statistiku BiH provodi Godišnji izvještaj o građevinskim radovima kojim prikuplja podatke za pravne subjekte i njihove dijelove koji su u Registru poslovnih subjekata prema Klasifikaciji djelatnosti razvrstani u područje F Građevinarstvo i imaju 10 ili više zaposlenih Republički zavod za statistiku RS provodi Godišnji izvještaj o građevinskim radovima kojim prikuplja podatke za pravne subjekte čija je pretežna djelatnost prema Klasifikaciji djelatnosti razvrstana u područje F- Građevinarstvo kao i za građevinske jedinice u sastavu negrađevinskih pravnih subjekata

Zgrade su stalne građevine koje imaju krov i vanjske zidove Sagrađene su kao samostalne cjeline koje pružaju zaštitu od vremenskih i drugih vanjskih uticaja a namjenjene su za stanovanje obavljanje nekih djelatnosti ili smještaja robe opreme za proizvodne i uslužne djelatnosti životinja itd U ovom istraživanju zgradama se smatraju i građevine koje imaju krov ali nemaju (sve) zidove npr nadstrešnice te građevine koje su pretežno ili potpuno smještene ispod površine zemlje npr skloništa podzemne garaže prodavnice i drugi poslovni prostori u podhodnicima i slično

Buildings are permanent structures that have a roof and exterior walls They are built as separate units that protect from weather and other conditions intended for dwelling performing of a certain activity or for placing of goods equipment used in various industrial activities and services animals etc In this survey buildings are also constructions covered with roof but without (all) walls eg porches and underground constructions eg underground shelters underground garages underground shopping centers and other business premises in subways etc

Residential buildings are buildings where 50 or more of the total useful floor area of the building intended for housing

Nestambene zgrade su zgrade koje nemaju stambene površine ili je stambena površina manja od 50 ukupne korisne podne površine

Non-residential buildings are buildings that have no living space or a residential area less than 50 of the total useful floor area

Ostale građevine su svi građevinski objekti koji nisu zgrade npr putevi cjevovodi pruge mostovi itd

Other buildings are all construction facilities that are not buildings such as roads pipelines railways bridges etc

Stan je svaka građevinski povezana cjelina namijenjena za stanovanje koja se sastoji od jedne ili više soba sa odgovarajućim pomoćnim prostorijama (kuhinja kupatilo predsoblje smočnica toalet i sl) ili bez pomoćnih prostorija i ima jedan ili više posebnih ulaza
