Over 64% of the cost of solar installations are due to soft costs. Go Solar Florida is working on reducing permitting soft costs.

– Change in government is SLOW – Signing contracts took 1 year – Meetings through conference calls – It’s never been done before – You can’t do that – Can’t we all just get along? – Existing Florida legislation makes it more difficult – Strong utility lobby
